Hey there,

Thanks for being here today.

My name is Morgan with Morganic Wellness and this meditation is to help coaches relax,

Release,

To reconnect and refocus on the purpose and the goals.

So take your time,

Find a moment in a place where you can sit quietly,

Comfortably,

Undisturbed.

Close your eyes,

Really allow yourself to land here,

To sink in just for a few minutes.

And it all starts with the breath.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and let it out the mouth.

Repeat this a few times,

Breathing in deep and exhaling slow.

And allow the body to relax with each breath.

By bringing an awareness to your body,

You notice where there may be tension or discomfort.

I want you to imagine breathing in calm with your inhale.

And as you breathe out,

You release the tension,

The stress.

Feel your body becoming more relaxed with each breath.

Soften into your seat and direct your attention to the soles of your feet.

Imagine roots extending from your feet,

Grounding you,

Giving you stability and strength.

Move your focus to your legs.

Acknowledge the strength and the support they provide you every day.

Appreciate their ability to carry you through the daily activities,

The routines,

The drills,

The responsibilities.

Let that attention,

That awareness,

Travel up the legs into the hips and the low back.

Allow the tension to dissolve with the exhale.

Shifting that attention into the belly,

You feel the breath move in.

Shifting that attention into the belly,

You feel the breath move in.

And let go.

And as you inhale,

The belly expands,

Filling the ribs all the way up to your chest.

And with each exhale,

You release stress and worry,

Doubts.

And shift your awareness to your shoulders.

Allow the shoulders to drop,

Allow the collarbone to release,

Relax.

Allow the sides of your neck,

The back of the neck,

To soften.

Notice the way the arms feel heavy,

Let the hands release.

Appreciate the strength and the skill that they bring to your coaching.

And we shift our awareness to our head and our face.

Soften your hairline.

Relax the jaw and the tongue.

Soften the cheeks and the eyelids.

Unfurl your brows and let your temples relax.

Let go of any lingering tension.

And then take a moment to connect with your breath.

Reflect on why you chose to coach,

And what it means to you.

And think about that positive impact you want to have on your team and the values you wish to instill.

You visualize guiding your team,

And you visualize guiding yourself.

And you see the way that your players are able to respond and react with positivity to your leadership.

Growing and improving under your guidance.

Imagine that you are a leader,

That you are a coach,

That you are a leader in your team.

And you see the way that your players are able to respond and react with positivity to your leadership.

Imagine that sense of fulfillment and pride as you witness their progress.

Allow that positivity to sink in,

Absorb it,

Embrace it.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing the sense of calm and clarity and purpose with you.

And remember,

Just as you guide and support your team,

It's important to take time and care for yourself.

You're doing a great job.

Your dedication makes a difference.
