During a full moon in Capricorn season, we have the polarity between our outer experience, what we wish to achieve, our legacy and our internal world, our emotions, and our self-protection. In order to be effective and accomplish what we set out to do, our purpose, we need to find the balance between these energies and let go of what holds us back.

During a full moon in Capricorn season,

Where we have the polarity between our outer experience,

What we wish to achieve,

Our legacy,

And our internal world,

Emotions,

Our self-protection.

In order to be effective and accomplish what we set out to do,

We need to find the balance between these energies that holds us back.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Lengthening up through the crown of your head.

Close your eyes.

Become aware of your breath,

Your body to soften.

Imagine yourself at the foot of a high mountain.

You've been waiting for this moment.

You're full of energy and ambition.

Have your pack on your back.

You need to start making the climb.

At the top of this mountain are all the things you want to achieve.

All of your goals,

Your idea of success,

Which you wish to leave on the world.

As you begin your climb,

You feel steady,

Sure-footed.

Though the ascent will be tough,

But you're determined to make it.

You patiently take one step after the other.

After a little while,

You begin to feel tired of heaviness.

A little voice sneaks into your mind,

Reminding you of past experiences,

Fear,

Temptations,

Old stories you've told yourself over and over so long.

You think to yourself,

Maybe I can't do this.

It's okay if I give up.

Just go home.

Begin to withdraw inward,

Protecting yourself.

Just as soon as this little voice slips into your mind,

Find it.

Why you are here.

What you are doing.

Deep within,

You feel your inner strength once again.

Open your pack and find that it's full of heavy rocks.

You begin to remove these stones that are weighing you down.

Pulling one out of your pack,

You see that it represents memories from the past.

Leaving it behind,

You let go of the pain,

Burden these memories have imprinted upon you.

Another rock,

Presenting your fears,

Inhibitions.

Place it down,

Releasing all the things that allow you to remain small,

To feel safe.

You take out another,

Symbolizing all the limitations you place on yourself.

Placing this stone on the ground,

You release the ways you hold yourself back from what you truly want,

Purpose.

You continue to remove and let go of anything else you don't need on this journey.

Now that you're carrying only what you truly need to move forward,

You place your pack on your back once again.

Notice the lightness,

Clarity,

Determination,

Steering your course once again.

Climbing toward your purpose,

Knowing that you are capable of achieving incredible things.

Take a deep breath to deepen,

Begin to bring your awareness back to your body,

To your surroundings.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale with a sigh.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.
