Welcome to this Sagittarius meditation.

I invite you to find yourself in a comfortable position.

Root down through your sitting bones.

Find a lift through the crown of your head.

Rest your hands wherever they feel comfortable.

Allow your eyes to fall closed.

Begin to bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales.

Let your breath flow freely in and out.

As you continue to breathe,

Allow your body to soften.

Let go of any tension in your muscles,

Anxiety in your mind.

Allow the skin of your forehead to relax.

Release your jaw.

Let your neck and shoulders soften.

Broaden across your collarbones.

Relax your belly,

Your low back,

Your hips.

Release any tension in your glutes,

Legs,

And feet.

Allow yourself to observe what's there without pushing away anything that's uncomfortable or clinging to anything that's pleasant.

Accept your experience exactly as it is without needing to change anything.

Gradually allow your breath to deepen,

Letting it become slower,

Softer.

Start to explore where each inhale and exhale goes.

Explore where it takes you within yourself,

Your body,

And your mind.

Can you soften and expand with each breath?

Can you allow yourself to grow?

Are you willing to allow your inner truth to reveal itself to you?

Breathe in compassion,

Healing.

Breathe out anything that keeps you from your highest self,

From your truth.

Let your breath cleanse you,

Opening you up to each new possibility.

Allow it to be boundless and limitless,

Radiating in all directions.

Your breath is a gift,

And each precious one we take opens us up to the world around us.

It opens us up to ourselves.

How can you maintain this connection?

Take a few more breaths.

Feel the expansion throughout your body.

Allow your natural radiance to reach outward in all directions.

Take a moment here to allow yourself to come back.

Begin to move in any way that feels right for you.

Slowly open your eyes when you feel ready.

Let your breath cleanse you,

Opening you up to each new possibility.
