Welcome to your full moon eclipse meditation.
This meditation is meant to help you let go of the habits you fall back on.
Embracing something new after releasing the old bonds.
Take a moment to allow yourself to shift around and get comfortable.
Feel the earth beneath you.
Feel your hands resting in your lap.
Close your eyes.
Do you see any colors,
Patterns,
Or images?
Notice your breath.
The feeling of breathing in and out.
Notice the temperature of the air as it moves in and out of your nostrils.
Notice the rhythm.
Come fully into the awareness of this present moment.
Imagine yourself sitting in a place that you find to be comfortable.
Somewhere soothing to you.
Somewhere where you can sit under the light of the full moon.
The night is dark.
There's a little bit of a chill to the air.
The moon's light is the only thing you can see illuminating the sky.
Feel the soft glow of its energy wrapping itself around you.
Allow its light to reveal the shadows.
To show you what you can't normally see.
Let your vision be clear.
Think of all the things in your life you spend your energy on.
What do you feel is no longer worthy of your time?
Imagine it gathering up in your center.
Your solar plexus chakra.
Your place of power.
See each thing that you no longer want to spend your energy on forming a little knot in this place.
Everything that's holding you back.
Whatever's not working.
What keeps you heavy.
What you deeply want to change.
Breathe deeply into your belly.
Feel your breath moving in and out.
Take a deep breath in.
A long exhale out.
Inhale fully.
Inhale deeply.
Continue breathing at your own pace.
With each breath in,
You begin to loosen a knot.
With each breath out,
You untangle.
Inhale in,
Embracing the new.
Exhale out.
Releasing the old.
If you meet with resistance,
That's okay.
Ask it what it needs to teach you.
You can move on.
Allow for whatever comes up to be released.
Let this breath cleanse you of what you no longer wish to carry with you.
Feel its energy releasing from your body.
Continue to breathe deeply.
A few more cycles of breath.
Seeing these knots slowly unraveling.
Release the breath and return to your natural rhythm.
Notice your energy.
How do you feel?
You now need space within for new habits to bring stability and value to your life.
To be more grounded.
Inhale this new energy in.
Exhale out.
Exhale out.
Gently open your eyes.
