Mantra Practice For A Shift In Perspective (Long Version)

When things appear twisted, disharmonious, or arrhythmic, take a shift in perspective that allows you to settle into ease and grace and accept the flow, that needs to proceed from this moment to enable deep change. Mantra meditation allows you to stop “thinking through” situations over and over again and allows your brain to relax and change circuits and brain waves that help you see new perspectives. Mantra chanting is profound transformational work. It's not about sounding pretty. The Ganeśa mantra Auṁ Vakratuṇḍaya Huṁ can help you harmonize and untangle things or situations in your own perception and help you be aligned so that you can contribute to a situation from a sense of grace and service.
