Doing lip drills helps me when I have a tight stomach.
Maybe it will help you too.
The soft long lip drills gently vibrate your lips and diaphragm.
Your whole upper body vibrates gently,
Like a loving massage from within.

Find a comfortable,
Relaxed position.
If you like,
You can put your hands on your belly and make loving contact.
Then inhale gently and naturally and exhale letting your lips flutter and bubble with a soft B sound.
Again,
Gentle,
Natural inhale.
That's it.
Your lips are relaxed.
Your rows of teeth are loose.
Bring your index and middle fingers to your cheeks next to the corners of your mouth and move the skin loosely up and down with your fingers as you continue with your bubbling sounds.
Move the skin back and forth as you continue to bubble.
You can put your hands back on your belly or keep them by your mouth.
If your jaw feels a bit tense,
You can also gently massage your jaw and keep making your sounds.
Take a relaxed breath in and relax with the bubbling sound.
Your breath automatically deepens,
Becomes fuller and longer.
Just let it happen.
Don't force anything.
Only make your breath as long as it feels relaxed.
Otherwise your body will cramp up and can't resonate so well with the vibrations.
