Pause. Breathe. Realign your energy. This extended sleep track begins with a gently guided Chakra Balancing Yoga Nidra, designed to lead you into deep rest and subtle energetic harmony. During the first part, you are guided through body awareness, breath, visualisation, and sound. You move slowly through all seven chakras, inviting balance and softness into each energy centre. A special focus is placed on Viśuddha, the throat chakra, supported by the bīja mantra HAM and a softly resonating singing bowl. You may hum quietly, repeat the mantra inwardly, or simply listen and rest. Sankalpa: “I allow myself to pause, reset, and realign with my inner peace.” The Yoga Nidra is gently completed, allowing awareness to settle fully. As the guidance fades, the track transitions into pure rain sound only. May this practice support your balance, your voice, and your peace.
