In this 5 minute humming practice, you are invited to deepen your Yin Yoga pose through steady breath and continuous, gentle vibration. As the body settles into stillness, allow a soft hum to accompany your exhale. The sound supports deeper rest, inner steadiness and a natural sense of regulation — without force. You’re welcome to hum along throughout the practice, or pause whenever your body asks for silence. There is no need to sustain the sound continuously. Simply let it flow in your own rhythm. Toward the end, the space between breaths may widen naturally. Allow the breath to soften and lengthen on its own. When the humming fades, slowly transition out of your pose, move gently, and find your way into your next Yin shape. If you wish, repeat the track and continue your practice in this simple rhythm. Slow breath. Steady vibration. Deep rest from within. With love, Monika
