Find a comfortable position,
Let your body settle,
Allow yourself to arrive here,
Take a slow breath in and out,
Bring your awareness inward,
Notice your body,
And notice any sensations that are present.
Today we are practicing something powerful,
The ability to update emotional meaning.
Your brain creates emotions by interpreting sensations,
But those interpretations are not fixed.
Take a breath in,
Now gently ask yourself,
What else could this sensation be?
If your heart is beating fast,
Could it be energy?
If your body feels tight,
Could it be readiness?
Let yourself explore without forcing an answer.
This is not about replacing one thought with another,
It's about expanding possibility.
Notice what happens as you do this.
Does something soften?
Does something open?
Stay with your breath,
Your brain learns through repetition,
And every time you question a default meaning,
You are rewiring.
Take another breath in and out.
Place a hand on your body,
Anchor yourself,
And repeat quietly.
There is more than one way to understand this.
Stay here for a few moments.

Return to the room.
Open your eyes.
