Take a moment to pause and recognize your own growth. This reflective meditation invites you to breathe deeply, look around, and truly feel pride for how far you’ve come. It’s a celebration of courage, resilience, and all the small steps that brought you to this moment. Whether your progress is tiny or something huge, we must sit and celebrate all we have overcome and the growth we have achieved. A moment to be proud of ourselves - something we don't do enough.

Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

Today we are focusing on taking a moment to really appreciate how far you've come in this life.

So when you're ready find a comfortable position,

Allow your body to settle down and allow the breath to slowly move in and out.

Make sure your shoulders are dropped down the spine,

The chest is nice and open,

The brow relaxed,

The jaw softened and the body at peace in this moment now.

This moment is just for you,

A moment to stop rushing,

Stop striving and simply feel into what already is.

So take another breath in and gently out.

You've grown,

You've shifted and you've survived things that you once thought you could never.

You've created moments you once only dreamed of and today we're taking the time to celebrate that.

So bring your awareness into your heart space,

The center of your chest and imagine a soft warm light like a gentle glow of recognition,

A quiet yes I really did that.

Now allow your mind to travel back to a version of you from the past,

Maybe it's a year or even five years ago or simply just a chapter where life felt heavier,

It felt uncertain and overwhelming.

See that person,

Feel their hopes,

Their fears and their longing for better.

And now see yourself standing here today,

See who you've become,

What you've learned and the strength and softness that you now carry.

In your mind say to that past version of you,

We made it,

Look where we are now.

And remember these changes don't have to be magnificent,

They can be small and simple but we still have to celebrate the growth and aspirations that we have achieved up until this point.

Notice how your body feels,

Maybe warmth,

Maybe a softness within the chest,

Maybe a little wow feeling inside.

Allow the mind to visualize this situation,

Imagine the past you walking towards you now and the two of you meeting in the middle.

Hold your hands or simply just stand face to face,

Let them see your strength,

Your peace,

Your growth.

Let them feel relief,

Let them feel proud.

Gently thank your past you,

Thank them for not giving up,

For trying,

For hoping and for choosing to keep going even when things were hard.

Without them you wouldn't be where you are today.

Now bringing your attention back to your breath,

As we inhale bring in gratitude and as we exhale,

Exhale into the soft feeling.

And quietly in your mind or out loud repeat after me,

I am proud of who I am becoming.

I honor how far I've come.

I trust exactly where I'm going.

Allow these words to settle into your body.

And taking one more deep breath in and a long gentle exhale out.

You did this and you're still becoming,

You're still growing and you're still moving towards an even fuller brighter version of yourself.

When you're ready allow your eyes to gently open and lift your gaze,

Carrying this quiet pride within you.

You're doing so beautifully and yes you really did this,

You really got here.

Be so proud of yourself.
