Hello and welcome.
In today's meditation we will be invoking our sacred circle.
And this will be a part one of a two-part meditation series where we invoke our sacred circle and our sacred shape.
And these techniques can be used for a wide variety of different things.
You can use them in your daily meditation.
You can use them when you require guidance or higher understanding.
You can also use them for astral projection and bilocation.
These are great techniques to connect with your ancient ancestors,
Your guardians and your guides,
And to receive higher wisdom from your great lineage.
So we'll begin by just finding a comfortable seating position,
Sitting up nice and tall,
Allowing your shoulders to open and relax,
Allowing your heart space to soften and open,
Closing down your eyes when you're ready,
And connecting with your breath here.
So drawing a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling out your mouth,
Letting all of the tension release as you exhale,
Allowing the tension in your lower jaw to relax,
Softening the space in between your eyebrows,
Your intuitive center,
Your third eye center.
Allow that space to relax.
And when you're ready,
Drawing in another deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling your body expand and open as you breathe in,
Exhaling out your mouth,
Letting everything go,
Letting everything that is outside of your space fall into the background.
Allowing any thoughts about today,
Release,
Release,
Release,
Turning your focus inward into your body,
Into your essence,
Into your energetic space,
Which fills the room that you're in.
And as you relax into this space,
Into the essence that is you,
Turning your attention to your heart space,
Allowing your heart space to be vulnerable in this moment,
To soften and to open,
Imagining that you have a bright light in the center of your chest that grows larger with each breath that you take,
Allowing it to completely encompass your body and allow that energy to lift you higher.
Allow your vibration to become more noticeable in this moment.
Feel your energy as it fills this space.
Notice how powerful your energy is when you notice it.
Use your breath here to bring you into this space.
As you breathe in,
You feel yourself expand,
Your senses start to heighten.
You can notice more of your energy with each breath that you take.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to relax and drop down even deeper into your body.
Continue to breathe into this space.
We are expanding our vibration in preparation for forming our sacred circle.
And as we continue to build momentum,
Expanding our energy,
Expanding our awareness with each breath,
We ask the higher self to take us to our sacred land.
Allow your intuition to take you to this space.
Allow your intuition and your higher self to show you in your mind's eye what your sacred land looks like.
Ask your higher self for specific details.
Ask your higher self to show you a clear vision of what your sacred land is.
Notice any of the details around you.
Are you in a desert?
Are you in a forest?
Are you in a meadow?
Are you inside a beautiful building?
Notice your surroundings.
And then notice how you feel being in this sacred land.
Oftentimes,
When we ask higher self to take us to our sacred land,
We're immediately taken to a place where we have a deep knowing in our soul that this is where we've been before.
This is a place of deep meaning to us.
Now imagine that higher self takes you to an open space in your sacred land where you're asked to sit down inside of a large circle.
And as you sit inside of this large circle,
You can feel the presence of your guardians and your ancient ancestors as they emerge.
And as your guardians and ancient ancestors step forward to form your sacred circle,
I invite you to say aloud or silently to yourself,
I call back my power from the north,
South,
East,
And west.
I call back my power through the space of all time,
Infinitum.
Now invite your ancestors,
Guardians,
Guides,
Helpers in spirit,
Deceased loved ones,
And all those in spirit who are here to work with you.
Invite them to step forward now to form your sacred circle.
These guardians and ancient ancestors have been with you through all of your life.
Through lifetimes and beyond.
They are part of your soul group.
They watch over you and guide you,
Send you subtle messages,
Visit you in your dreams,
And are always there to help and guide.
They assist you in forming the sacred circle now.
They bring forth their wisdom,
Their guidance,
And their medicine through infinite lifetimes.
Allow yourself to open to any wisdom that they have to share with you in this moment.
What is it that you need to know in this moment?
You can also ask your ancestors and guardians to show you your highest and best divine grace.
Your highest and best next step.
Your highest and best next step.
Your highest and best next step.
Take a moment to show thanks and gratitude to your ancestors,
Guides,
And guardians,
Lovers in spirit,
And deceased loved ones for showing up today to assist you in forming your sacred circle in your sacred land.
Thank them for their guidance and wisdom.
And as you do so,
They start to slowly move away from the circle.
And just moving a little bit farther away now,
Allowing you to connect one last time to your sacred land.
Giving thanks to your higher self for assisting you in this journey today,
For allowing you to become this sacred circle.
And you slowly start to come back into your body,
Into the present moment.
So first connecting with your breath,
Drawing a deep breath in through your body.
Feeling your body expand as you breathe in and contract as you exhale.
Holding on to all of the wisdom and all of the guidance that you received today from your sacred land and your ancestors.
Allowing all of that beautiful medicine to soak into your body,
Into your cells,
Into your energetic field as you breathe.
Becoming aware of your energy,
Aware of your body.
And starting to pull all of that back down into the earth,
Into where you're seated.
Maybe you're starting to move your shoulders around.
Maybe you start to gently roll your neck around in small circles.
Bringing your focus back to your heart space.
Allowing your energy to come back into your heart space.
Allowing all of that good energy,
The wisdom and the guidance that you received.
Pulling that into your heart space.
And staying here for as long as you'd like.
Or maybe starting to gently peel your eyes open.
Fluttering your eyes coming back into the room.
And then maybe placing your feet flat on the ground.
Allowing your feet to connect with the earth.
Grounding down into this moment.
It's always important to ground yourself after doing massive energy work like we did.
So that you feel more in your body and less spacey.
So just taking a moment to connect with your feet and the earth underneath.
Maybe even imagining that you have roots coming out of your feet.
And they move down into the earth,
Down into the center of the earth,
Keeping you grounded.
