Hello and welcome.
Let's begin today's journey sitting or lying down comfortably.
If you're sitting down start to sit up tall allowing your shoulders to open and relax.
If you're lying down make any last adjustments to make your body nice and comfortable.
Begin to close your eyes and soften the muscles in your face.
Allow the space in between your eyebrows to relax.
Allow your bottom jaw to unclench and relax.
Start taking nice big deep breaths and we'll begin by breathing in through our nose and out through our mouth.
As you exhale allow any extra tension that you might be holding in the body to just release with that exhale.
Imagine that you're drawing all of the tension into the breath and forcing it out as you exhale.
Continue breathing like that for just a few more rounds of breath.
Allowing any tight thoughts or any heavy thoughts that you might be holding in your head to release with that exhale as well.
And then come to a comfortable rhythmic breath.
Start to shift your focus from the thoughts in your mind just to the sound of your breath or how your breath feels entering and leaving the body.
Zero all of your focus in on just that,
On just your breath.
If there are any thoughts that start to enter your mind as you move through this exercise just allow them to come and go or imagine that they're just dissolving into thin air but don't form any sort of attachment to the thoughts that come in.
Just let them come and go.
Let them vaporize.
Give your mind permission to become very still and very quiet.
Now I'd like you to shift your focus to the noises that you might be hearing with your ears outside of your body.
So it could be the noise of your breath or it could be what's happening outside of the room that you're in or outside of your house but just shift your focus from your breathing to any noises you might hear with your ears.
Good.
Now start to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Just breathing in,
Breathing out at a nice even pace.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Allow each exhale to bring you into a deeper state of peace and serenity.
Now I'd like you to use your imagination here and imagine that you're standing at a beach and the sand is pure white and soft underneath your feet and the day is warm,
The perfect temperature for you.
The sky is clear and blue,
The sun is out and it feels warm on your skin and as you dig your toes into the sand you become even more relaxed and at peace.
You close your eyes here at this beach and just start to notice the warmth of the sun on your face.
Start to turn your face up to the sky and really feel the warmth as it starts to encapsulate your body.
Every breath you take creates a more serene,
Peaceful feeling in your body.
The warmth that surrounds you now brings you to a place of total release and comfort.
You begin to notice that you're no longer standing on the beach but you're floating effortlessly towards the light,
Towards the warmth and this doesn't frighten you.
You feel very comfortable,
You feel very at peace.
You keep your eyes closed and just enjoy the sensation of floating,
Becoming weightless,
Completely open to the experience itself.
Becoming one with the light and the warmth.
Drawing closer to it you begin to have a sense of coming home and you know that the closer that you get to this light and this warmth,
The closer you are to your true home,
The place where you were created.
Breathe deeply,
Allow your breath to bring you into an even more relaxed state.
As I count to three you will find yourself in this place that you consider home and you're there to meet someone.
One,
You're drawing closer now.
You can feel the warmth and you can feel the peace pulling you in.
Two,
You're getting much closer now.
Three,
You find yourself standing in the place that you consider home,
In the light,
In the warmth.
Allow your spirit eyes to open now and notice your surroundings.
What does this place look like to you?
What does it feel like to you?
As you look around you notice off in the distance someone's there waiting for you.
A light,
A light being.
Maybe there's more than one,
Maybe it's a group of light beings waiting for you.
You recognize them immediately and are drawn to them.
Move closer to them.
As you come closer to them you recognize them as your guides,
Your guides in spirit,
Your guides in the light.
And they want you to know now that they can take any shape or any form that is recognizable to you.
They can remain light beings if you recognize them as this but they can also change shape into something that you recognize more.
Allow them to come into focus as you move closer to them.
Take notice of what they look like,
Their shape,
How tall they are.
Is there one or is there many?
As they move into focus you feel so excited and so elated to see them in form and they feel the same as you.
You embrace each other and as you embrace they send you the peace and the eternal love that they have for you.
As you embrace them you become even more relaxed,
Even more at peace.
Take this time now to ask them any short questions that you might have for them that you think that they can answer for you.
But do know that some answers cannot be given to you as you are still moving through your journey in this lifetime.
Some things are not meant to be known by you right at this moment.
Your guides want you to know that there is a way for you to be connected with them and to reach a deeper state of understanding about the wisdom that they share with you all the time throughout your day.
They'd like to walk you through an exercise now that will help your connection become stronger with them.
Start to imagine that in the center of your chest a beautiful flower opens petal by petal.
In the center of this flower is a golden light.
This golden light starts to encompass your entire heart,
All of your heart center.
And as you breathe you allow this beautiful golden light to become bigger and bigger.
Let this light surround your entire being.
Now start to extend this light out to your guides who have their arms open and are waiting to receive your beautiful energy.
You allow the extension of this light to surround them as well around their entire being.
And this connects you.
This connects you in a much deeper way than you were before.
This allows you to receive the messages from their heart into yours.
This is a powerful transmission so take a moment to just pause and take in the entire scene unfolding in front of you.
Breathe and enjoy the experience of being connected to your guides.
Take this time now to ask your guides any last minute questions before you depart.
Ask them for any words of wisdom that they have for you.
Or maybe you want to just ask them for a healing or a blessing.
Allow yourself to receive whatever it is that they offer for you.
You embrace them one last time sharing their love,
Their peace,
And their wisdom once again.
Saying your final goodbyes,
You start to feel a gentle tug back down into your earth body now.
And just allow it to happen.
Just open your arms,
Noticing the warmth again.
That beautiful gentle light that brought you to this place.
Close your eyes and allow yourself to just float weightlessly.
Surrounded in the warmth,
Surrounded in the peace and the serenity,
You start to move down through the layers and stargates and dimensions.
And as I count to three,
You'll find yourself down on your beach again.
One,
Moving closer now,
You start to feel the density of earth.
Two,
Almost there.
Three,
Find yourself standing on your beach again.
With your toes in the sand,
The white sand spread out before you.
You feel the warmth on your skin,
The gentle breeze across the back of your neck.
When you stay here for a moment,
Just taking in your surroundings and reflecting on the wisdom that your guides shared with you.
Know that this connection that you've formed can never be disconnected unless you ask it to.
Know that through the power of visualization,
That connection is real.
Know that by consciously connecting through your heart with your guides,
You now have the ability to hear their messages clearly,
To feel them in your heart more deeply.
Start to notice the dreams that you have.
Start to reflect on the thoughts that tumble through your mind.
Start to engage in more heartfelt conversations.
Now it's time to come back to your physical body in this meditation.
Start to bring your awareness to your breath now.
Taking deep breaths in through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Good.
Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Start to bring the sensation back into your legs and your arms,
Creating a little bit of movement here.
Just bringing yourself back onto the earthly plane,
Back into your meditation seat,
Back into the room that you're sitting in.
Continue breathing here.
And when you're ready,
Opening your arms out to your sides,
Circle sweeping your arms out and up,
Letting your palms touch above your head and then drawing your palms down into prayer position,
Connecting your thumbs into your heart space.
Pause for a moment of gratitude here.
Gratitude for anything that comes to you first.
Maybe it was gratitude for the experience of meeting your guides or the light beings that work with you from the spirit plane.
Maybe it's gratitude for being able to sit in meditation today.
Whatever comes to you first.
And as you breathe,
Allow that gratitude to seep into your heart,
Into your bones,
Into your being.
With each breath,
Let that gratitude be so.
The light in me honors the light that is within you.
