Also, he has more than 25 years as a boxing coach. He is a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner, Personal Trainer with many years’ of experience helping individuals with their fitness, health and wellness. In 2024 he became a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher. Mark is a certified breathwork coach and has passion for helping others with all of the benefits that this modality offers. His full-time passion is helping others with all of his skills by incorporating them into the wellness retreats he runs at Blisstopia Retreats with his wife & partner. Personal interests include: Martial arts training, Yoga, Walleye fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, traveling, and hanging with Lana & their dog (Bodhi)
