At Blisstopia Retreats, every meal is designed to feel like an extension of the healing work you’re doing on the mat and in circle—nourishing, grounding, and deeply satisfying. Our Ayurvedic‑inspired menus are built around fresh, organic, often gluten‑free ingredients and plenty of colorful plants, with the option to include high‑quality chicken, beef, or fish for added protein and balance. A typical retreat day might begin with a vibrant breakfast of steel‑cut oatmeal with berries, yogurt and house granola, or avocado toast layered with sprouts and seasonal vegetables. Midday, guests enjoy energizing lunches like quinoa and black bean buddha bowls, jerk‑spiced cauliflower tacos, or refreshing soba noodle salads loaded with crisp veggies. Evenings feature comforting, chef‑crafted dinners—such as tomato‑braised chicken with spaghetti squash, lemon‑Dijon salmon with roasted roots and greens, or hearty stuffed portobello mushrooms—paired with simple sides like massaged kale salads, steamed vegetables, quinoa, or lentils. Our retreat meals are intentionally abundant and well‑balanced, so most guests find they feel pleasantly satisfied between lunch and dinner without needing additional snacks. When appropriate, simple options such as fresh fruit or a small selection of nuts may be offered during the daytime to support steady energy and comfort. Dessert stays light and mindful, with options like baked cinnamon apples or a square of rich dark chocolate, and our culinary team can tailor menus to most dietary needs and preferences so you can relax, feel cared for, and fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience.

Schedule

What Happens in Five Days When You Finally Let Yourself Be Here Day 1 — Arrive. (Thursday, November 19) Not just physically. Arrive in your body. Arrive in the room. Arrive in the desert. The opening circle holds space for all of it — wherever you're coming from, whatever you've left behind to be here. Dinner. Bedtime tea. Yoga Nidra. Your soul begins to exhale before you even realize it. Day 2 — Feel It. (Friday, November 20) The morning starts in silence — tea, stillness, the Sonoran Desert waking up around you. An optional hike if your body wants movement. Then an Emotional Freedom workshop that invites you to stop managing your inner world and actually meet it. Yoga. Meditation. The Blisstopian Method — breathwork and sound that access the places words skip over. A share circle at night where the walls come down and the real conversations begin. Day 3 — Rest Into It. (Saturday, November 21) The retreat doesn't rush. Day 3 is yours to metabolize. Morning yoga to "recharge your soul." Free hours that belong entirely to you — pool, trails, labyrinth, or one of the optional add-on sessions: Reiki with Lana, massage, or guided breathwork training. Yoga Nidra and restorative practice at night. The work continues even in stillness. Day 4 — Sedona Calls. (Sunday, November 22) You travel to one of the most charged landscapes in the American Southwest. The red rocks of Sedona don't ask anything of you — they simply hold the frequency of something ancient, and let you remember. Spend the day exploring the vortexes, hiking, wandering, and sitting inside the kind of quiet that reorganizes something in you. Return to the villa for dinner and a burning ceremony that marks the turning point. Day 5 — Go Home Different. (Monday, November 23) Open meditation. Light breakfast. Gratitude Yoga. Photos with the people who witnessed your becoming. And then — gently, completely — you go. Check-out at 10:00 am. The retreat ends. The transformation doesn't. All days are intentionally structured and gently held — with enough spaciousness for the unexpected breakthroughs that always find their way in.

Testimonials

info

I just returned from a 3-day wellness retreat held at Blisstopia, and it exceeded every expectation I had. While the retreat itself was hosted by a separate facilitator, Mark and Lana-the owners of the property-played such an important role in making the experience exceptional. Their hospitality is truly something special. They made everyone feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The food was an absolute highlight. Every meal they prepared was fresh, delicious, and incredibly nourishing. You can tell how much intention they put into creating healthy, satisfying meals that really support the overall retreat experience. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. The grounds are perfect for slowing down and connecting with nature, and the home is just as amazing-comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. What really stands out about Blisstopia is how nourishing the entire environment feels-for both the body and the soul. In just three days, I left feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to host or attend a retreat, especially if you value a serene setting, incredible food, and warm, genuine hospitality. I can absolutely see why they host their own retreats as well, and I would love to return.

I recently got laid off from my job and have been going through major changes in life. I felt that I needed a reset and to focus on my healing journey. I stumbled on an advertisement for a Women's Soul Vortex retreat and couldn't pass this up. It felt like I was destined to be there, and I was surely right! I booked my flight from Philly and made my way over to beautiful Blisstopia where I was greeted by Mark and Lana who took awesome care of me. They even let me arrive early and stay a day later. This was the most amazing and therapeutic experience I've encountered. I met 3 amazing women who I now have as friends, and I got to enjoy healing circles, yoga, breath work, delicious meals cooked by Lana, my first trip to Sedona, and so much more! I also booked a healing touch session with Lana and learned a lot about myself. I walked away gaining family and feeling extremely loved and supported by everyone. It was very hard to leave. I seriously recommend any of their retreats to anyone who is looking to be healed or to at least start their healing journey. The small and intimate group was just what I needed, and places like this make me never feel alone. Thanks so much Mark and Lana for using your gifts and for allowing me to be a part of this unforgettable experience. 💛💛🫂🫂
