Let us begin by either closing the eyes or lowering the gaze down the roof of your nose.
Your spine is long and you are comfortable in whatever seated position you choose.
Take a couple of deep belly breaths,
Relax,
And then relax some more.
With each breath you notice yourself more and more at peace in your mind.
You notice the physical body,
Feeling the heaviness of the body supported by the earth.
At the same time you feel the lightness of the physical body expanding from your heart into the space that surrounds you.
Begin to think,
Imagine,
Or feel yourself sitting in your favorite place in nature.
Noticing the things that you can see,
The shapes,
The colors.
Noticing the things that you can hear.
Notice what you can feel.
What is the temperature like?
Can you reach down to the earth?
What does it feel like?
Look around.
Notice if there are any smells,
Picking up on any aromas,
Any scents from nature.
Notice if there are any tastes associated with this space.
Maybe there's something you like to enjoy while you're in this spot in nature that you deeply enjoy.
Maybe you can taste the air.
Begin to think,
Imagine,
Or feel yourself in this space in nature surrounded by a golden cube.
This golden cube is wide enough to where you feel comfortable and the walls are thick to where you can see through them,
But only the things that you choose to let in can enter.
From the inside out,
You can experience all five of those same senses.
Yet from the outside in,
It looks like a golden shield of armor.
Inside of this cube,
You feel safe inside your body.
Inside of this golden cube,
You are grounded and secure.
You feel safe in your finances,
Safe in the space that you live in,
And connected to the roots from which you came from in this physical body.
Inside of this golden cube,
You are comfortable expressing your emotions,
Comfortable expressing your sexuality.
You have every point of your body express itself creatively.
Your creativity flows.
Inside of this golden cube,
You trust yourself,
You value yourself,
And you realize,
I am enough just the way that I am right now.
Inside of this golden cube,
Your heart is full of love and it is open to giving that love just as much as it is open to receiving love.
Inside of this space,
You allow yourself to feel forgiveness without any preconceived notion.
You give and receive forgiveness openly.
Inside of this golden cube,
Your voice flows with exactly what it is that your heart's deepest longing is.
You are able to express yourself from a place of confidence,
A place of love,
A place of discernment,
A place of trust.
My voice flows safely.
Inside of your golden cube,
You are an intuitive being.
There is no fear in your intuition,
Only trust.
You know and can see things that your physical eyes might not be able to see.
Inside of this golden cube,
You trust your intuition.
Lastly,
Inside this space,
You feel that you are able to let go of control,
Observing all of the things in your life that you feel like you have to control through overthinking,
Through worrying,
Through stressing about.
Notice how inside this space you're able to give those things up.
Those worries,
Those stressors,
Those thoughts are outside of your body and you trust that God or the universe are always conspiring in your favor.
You feel that all the way down into every cell of your being.
These energies flow openly inside of your golden cube.
One by one,
You start to notice any obtrusive thoughts,
Intrusive people,
Situations coming up in towards your space from far away.
One by one,
They try to come close to you,
Maybe to disrupt how one of these energy centers flows openly,
With or without that intention.
As they approach,
They are stopped by your golden shield and they either shatter to the ground like a piece of glass hitting the floor,
Or they bounce away like a bouncy ball against a wall.
There are different thought patterns,
Situations,
People who with intention or not tend to cause a disruption in how you flow.
One by one,
Observe them either shatter or bounce away as you stay inside of your golden cube,
Your energy flowing,
Your body grounded.
Give yourself time to allow these external sources to completely break or bounce away.
One by one,
Observe what comes up.
Perhaps one of these people might be in a shape or a color,
Maybe it's an object that represents them,
Or maybe it's themselves inside of their physical body.
There's no way to do this wrong.
Only ways that will help you separate yourself and stay in the space of flow.
Noticing the different visualizations that come up,
The different thought patterns and how you personify them.
In case there is a certain external source that might be harder,
More challenging in the moment to break or allow to bounce away,
Think,
Imagine,
Or feel it in different forms until you reach the ultimate blocking separation.
I am a peaceful being.
I am safe in my body.
Stay in that visualization as long as you need.
