Finding a nice comfortable place to sit.

Begin closing your eyes,

Noticing how your breath moves in your physical body every time you inhale and exhale.

Without altering the breath,

Changing it,

Begin to step into the role of observer.

Noticing your breathing and how it affects both you in your physical body and baby.

Begin to notice and imagine that the inhale causes even more expansion,

More space for baby to move around,

To grow.

With the exhale,

You pass down the love that you feel already for this tiny little part of you.

From your heart down to the sacral area.

Aware of that connection.

Imagine that there is a golden light,

A golden light coming from your heart center and moving down all the way down to your sacral center,

To your baby's heart.

Every time you breathe in,

Think,

Imagine,

Or feel the space that is created in the physical body.

With the out breath,

Feel the energy of pure love,

Compassion,

Understanding that comes from your heart to baby's heart,

And then right back from their heart to yours.

As you feel this flow of energy back and forth,

Begin to think of a situation or a time where you have felt completely full of joy.

Let yourself be in that space right now.

Where were you?

Who were you with?

What was happening?

What was being said?

What was being done?

Be in that joyful space.

Feeling as a result of putting yourself in that space,

That space of being.

Putting yourself in that space,

Feeling your frequency rising to that space of joy.

Once you are fully there and feeling the vibration of joy in your body,

Begin to imagine that from your heart,

You pass that joy down to baby's heart.

I am full of joy.

You are full of joy.

With each inhale,

You create more space for your baby to grow in that frequency and vibration of joy.

With each exhale,

You pass that joy from your heart down to theirs.

From baby's heart back to yours.

Begin to focus your awareness now on your heart space again.

From the heart,

In this energy of love,

Compassion,

And understanding,

Begin to think of a time where you were the most resilient.

A time where you were confronted with a difficult situation.

You were able to stay calm,

Grounded,

And centered,

Come out stronger at the end.

Put yourself in that situation.

Remembering how you felt when you were able to quickly recover from this difficult situation and observe the lessons that it brought you.

Remember the difficult condition did not define you.

Be there now.

In the moment where you realized and recognized the growth,

The groundedness within yourself,

As a result of this complicated situation.

Be there now.

Bringing your awareness to your heart center.

Feeling the frequency and vibration of resilience in your heart space.

Begin to pass that awareness through that golden energy from your heart to your baby's heart.

With the inhale,

You create a space in the physical body for the baby to grow into resilient space.

Able to bounce back from challenges,

Not be defined by them.

With your exhale,

Feel that frequency and vibration go from your heart space to baby's heart space.

Right back from theirs to yours.

Feeling that connection,

That bond.

Your baby makes you more resilient every time you exhale.

Shift your awareness back up towards your heart.

Breathing to feel the expansion of your body when you inhale.

With your exhale,

Begin to tune into your adventurous side.

Thinking of a time where you felt like you were being adventurous.

Put yourself in that space where you're willing to maybe take some risks or try something new without fear.

A time where you were open to a new idea and you acted on it.

Let yourself be in that adventurous space,

Feeling the expansion that that energy,

That that frequency causes in your physical body.

The motivation that you feel from feeling that adventurous side of you come out.

Once you are fully submerged in that energy,

In that frequency,

With your in-breath,

Begin to feel the expansion that that frequency causes in your body,

Giving baby space to grow into that sense of adventure.

With the exhale,

Imagining that golden light coming from your heart,

Being passed down to your baby and right back from their heart to yours.

State.

Noticing the connection and bond that is created as you inhale to create space of adventure in your physical body,

Your breath body,

Your mind body,

Your joy body,

Your intellect.

All five layers of your being created this adventurous environment,

Resilient environment,

Joyful environment.

For both you and that tiny little life growing inside you stronger and stronger every day,

Full of happiness,

Cheerfulness,

The ability to bounce back from any challenge and willing to explore,

Full of adventure.

There is no doubt and you are full with excitement as you've passed those energies from your heart to baby's heart.

Trusting that strength,

Trusting that bond.

Saying those words silently to yourself as long as you need.
