Unfortunately, taking a hammer to our feelings or attempting to problem solve our way through life often leaves us feeling burnt out and even hopeless. If we can learn to feel our way into the core of our emotions we can awaken healing from a place of inner clarity and wholeness. This seven-day meditation course, The Clarity Experience, will reconnect you with yourself and leave you feeling whole. 7 Guided meditations (7-10 minutes each) to be completed in seven consecutive days.

Day seven,

The last day.

And this doesn't mean that our journey has to be over.

We can always go back and play these videos and keep working on it.

It takes practice.

And we can always work together one on one if that's something that you're interested in for a little bit of guidance through this process and through other processes too,

Right?

Nobody has stuff that we have to work through.

Nobody is here just floating by in the bliss all the time.

So I have been more than honored to connect with you even though it's in this virtual world and I would be more than happy to keep connecting with you.

Let's go ahead and begin closing the eyes.

And again,

We're going to start today with that acknowledgement of how far we've come with this commitment of being in this space,

Being present with those things that maybe are a little bit uncomfortable to be present with.

I'm going to do one of my favorite Chinese meditations to begin.

I'm just going to smile,

An internal smile to all of our organs.

Just scanning through the body and give them a little smile,

A little grateful energy.

Same as you would smile to a stranger that you happen to cross as you're walking down the street,

A neighbor,

A friend.

Doesn't have to be a huge,

Excited,

Energetic feeling.

It's just a simple smile of acknowledgement.

We've made it a really far,

Long way in a very short amount of time.

Not just you,

But also your physical bodies.

Thankful,

You're not holding onto that you're willing to do this work to not hold onto it in your body any longer.

When you're ready,

Start to notice just how the breath affects your physical body.

Where are you expanding?

Is your inhale longer?

Is your exhale longer?

Slowly observe,

Keeping your face soft,

Your forehead soft,

Your jaw soft.

And today,

If you would like,

You can bring the tip of your tongue to that space right behind your two front teeth,

Right on your gum line.

Just let it rest there.

Now that we have gone through this experience of using both the gap and both the core,

We'll go right into it.

Putting yourself in a situation,

In a moment,

Where you felt a heavy,

Strong,

Negative emotional charge,

Something that you keep going over and over again in your head.

Maybe it's the same one you've done throughout this experience.

Maybe it's a different one each time.

Step into that moment and check in with your senses today to begin.

What could you see?

Who was there?

What were they wearing?

What were you wearing?

What could you hear?

Was there any taste involved?

Any smells involved?

Was there any feeling involved,

Any physical touch?

In that moment,

You may not have been aware of your senses.

What is the beauty of doing this exercise,

Going into it and observing,

Observing,

Stepping into it rather than watching it on a movie screen?

You are in that moment.

You are feeling the heat.

You're feeling the passion.

You're feeling the intensity.

Or maybe it's slow-moving sadness,

Grief,

Guilt,

Shame.

Maybe it's resentment.

Maybe it's blame.

Whatever it is,

Go into that space where you can identify right now in your body as you are imagining yourself stepping into that place.

Where are you feeling it right now as you relive that moment?

Observe it.

Is it larger than your physical body?

Or is it very localized?

Is there a shape to it?

Is there a color to it?

I'm going to begin to do that zooming in as you've localized it in the physical body.

Begin to bring your fingers to it theoretically and just zoom in as though you're zooming into a map on your phone,

On your navigation in your car.

You're doing that same thing but you're looking to navigate that emotion inward.

As you do that scanning to get in deeper and deeper,

Notice if there's any resistance that your body is putting up.

Any fear.

Any heaviness.

Notice if that energy now in your physical body is maybe moving.

Maybe it's jumping somewhere else.

You may have thought that you had it localized but maybe as you get deeper and deeper into it,

It jumps to another part of the physical body.

Follow it,

Don't let it escape.

Don't let it go.

Doesn't want you to dissolve it.

If there is any resistance,

Pause and ask it,

What are you protecting me from feeling?

Seeing what comes up,

Seeing what download you get,

What information comes in and the quality of the download.

Is it an image?

Is it words?

Simply observe it.

Listen to it.

And go deeper.

Deeper.

Imagine as you go deeper,

You pause,

You look around you almost as though you can see the edge of the emotion.

Peek your head.

What are you in?

What is at the edge,

At the periphery of the emotion?

Simply observe it.

Keep going deeper when you're taking your flashlight,

Trying to get to that very core.

Remembering that the core is the safest place to be.

The eye of the storm,

Continue to push your way through that storm.

Once you're there,

Take your time getting there.

There's no rush,

But maybe after having done this a few times,

You're able to get there quicker.

Once you're there,

Sit and observe it.

Observe everything that's around you.

Acknowledge you are in the core of that very emotion that keeps coming up for you,

That keeps you stuck,

That keeps you from progressing,

That keeps you repeating patterns that you no longer want in your life.

What does that look like?

You're ready bringing in that element of the gap,

That element of nature to help you create that space to begin to dissolve the emotion from that very center point.

If it has to be that visual representation of the space between the words I am,

You can use that.

Or it can be those elements in nature.

Whatever resonates with you more.

Find that gap and create that space.

Allowing the energy to dissolve itself.

Your core gets larger and larger.

The energy slowly begins to disintegrate.

Just notice what that feels like to bring in that element of space into the center of that heavy and dark emotion.

That fiery feeling that came up for you.

Whatever it might be,

Meet yourself in the core using the gap to help it dissolve.

Taking your time there when you're ready.

Bring the hands together to begin to create some heat.

Breathing deeply.

Separating the palms.

And then trying to bring them in towards each other.

This time I want you to imagine a star,

A six-pointed star like the Star of David.

And imagine that you're holding that star in between your palms and slowly bringing it in towards the chest.

Bringing that energy towards the heart.

Taking three deep breaths before you open your eyes.

You've done the work.

You are healing.

Bringing the palms together at heart center.

Open your eyes.

Thank you again for sharing your energy with me.

You look fantastic.
