Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Let your body settle.
Feel where you are supported.
Take a slow breath in through your nose and a long breath out through the mouth.
Allow your breathing to find its own rhythm.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to achieve.
Bring the mind to the idea that you have not been just one person in this life.
You've been many so far.
Picture yourself as you are right now.
Notice your posture,
Your expression,
The quiet truce that you carry today.
Gently acknowledge,
This is one version of me.
And now,
Let earlier versions begin to appear.
Perhaps you see a younger you.
One who hoped more easily,
Or feared more deeply,
Or loved without knowing the cost.
Notice them without judgment.
They did the best they could with what they knew.
Allow another version of yourself to step forward.
A you who was grieving.
A you who was surviving.
A you who stayed when it hurt,
Or left when it was time.
Notice what they carried in their body.
Notice what they learned the hard way.
Let there be room for the versions you were proud of.
The you who was certain,
Or was lost.
The you who made mistakes,
Or tried again anyway.
If emotions arise,
Let them move like weather.
Felt,
But not resisted.
These feelings are not interruptions,
They are part of your story.
Now imagine all these past selves gathered together,
Not in conflict,
But in quiet recognition.
Each one has shaped the path they led here.
None of them are wasted.
You might silently say to them,
Thank you for getting me here.
Thank you for surviving.
Thank you for learning.
You don't have to care.
This anymore.
Notice what it feels like to let the weight soften,
Even if just a little.
And now,
Since the future versions of you as well,
Not fully formed,
Not yet known.
They will look back one day,
And see you as part of their becoming.
Let that awareness bring tenderness to this moment.
Take a breath in.
Feeling the wholeness of your life,
Past,
Present,
Unfolding,
And breathe out.
Releasing the need to be only one thing.
You are allowed to change.
You are allowed to change.
You are allowed to contain multitudes.
You are allowed to honor every version of yourself.
When you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And open your eyes,
Carrying with you this quiet truth.
I am not just who I am today,
No.
I am all the people I've been,
And all the ones I am still becoming.
Namaste.
