Begin by closing your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And gently let it out.

Notice your shoulders softening,

Your jaw loosening,

Your body settling.

Bring your attention to this present moment.

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to be.

With each breath,

Feel a little more ease,

A little more stillness.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Have a great day.
