Welcome to this time for you.

I'm happy to be here with you.

And while you make yourself comfortable in whatever comfort may be for you at this time,

Notice what may be happening in your mind without any judgment of thoughts or images or conversations.

Notice them and see if they're supporting you to be here to rest.

If they are,

Keep them.

If they're not,

Put them aside just for now.

Your body's here.

Invite your mind to be here.

Allow the partnership of the body and the breath to have you here.

Breathing in the aliveness of this moment and breathing out arriving.

Take the biggest breath in that you've taken all day and let it go with a sigh.

Allow the body to breathe itself,

All of us here breathing together.

The breath will find its own natural rhythm.

The body will take a breath in as it needs and the breath will release when the body informs the breath to release.

So nothing you have to get right with this breath because you'll already be doing it right with each breath that you take.

And as we settle in,

If there's anything in your body that would like to move,

Please move.

A squeeze and release.

A big body stretch,

Maybe a wiggle or a jiggle.

Allowing any movement to be released from the body.

Follow my guidance.

I'll move through different parts of the body to glide us towards rest.

Sense the right side of the body and the left side of the body.

Sense the front of the body and the back of the body.

Sense the point of contact that the body is making with the surface,

Whether you're sitting,

Standing or laying down.

Sen-sen,

Feel all the toes.

Sense and feel both ankles.

Both calves.

Both knees.

Both tops of the legs.

Pelvis.

Belly.

Chest.

Hands,

Fingers.

Wrists.

Arms.

Throat.

Face.

The head.

And skull.

Sense the whole body from the toes to the head.

Whole body from the head to the toes.

Whole body in spacious awareness.

Notice what is the felt sense in the body right now.

Without any force.

All the cells in the body are regenerating.

The immune system and nervous system are being brightened.

Internal restoration happening here.

At ease with the process of any healing that may be needed.

Heartbeat slowing down.

Blood pressure dropping.

The tissues and organs and muscles all at rest.

Inflammation being reduced.

New pathways in the brain being grooved.

Without having to do anything,

The innate wisdom of the body is doing this on its own.

Notice the quality of the beating of the heart.

The thoughts in the mind.

Whole body being filled and renewed with life force.

Each natural inhale more deeply resting.

Each natural exhale releasing tension or holding.

Staying in this deep inner experience.

Sense the body from within all directions.

Balani is vitality and peace.

Soft breath.

Quiet mind.

Slow heartbeat.

Begin to take in any sounds around you.

The quality of the air on your skin.

Lingering in this rest.
