Welcome to this meditation.
I want you to first of all find a position that is really comfortable to you.
Either this is lying down or sitting upright.
Whatever feels good for you and your pregnancy right now,
I want you to lay down or sit in that position.
Gather some blankets or some pillows if you need to.
I just want you to feel really really comfortable.
Throughout the meditation if you need to move around,
Do so.
Listen to your body now.
First of all I want you to slowly close your eyes and carefully start to breathe deeply.
Be aware of each inhale and exhale you take.
Connect to your breath here.
Breathe into your belly and into your baby.
Breathing deeply into your belly and into your baby.
When you are ready I want you to put one hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly.
Whilst breathing try and listen to the rhythm of your heart.
Try and feel your heart beat.
Your heart beat is the constant sound trick for your baby.
Your heart beat and rhythm is what your baby can hear every day and every night.
By listening to your heart beat and putting one hand on your belly where your baby lies,
Connect here with your baby.
Breathe,
Find your own rhythm and pace of breath.
You can either keep your hands on your tummy or put your hands down by your side or wherever feels comfortable to you.
I want your next inhale to be love and support to your baby.
Inhale love and support into your baby.
Exhale any fear or tension that might have built up in your body.
Inhale love and support into your baby.
Exhale any fear or tension from your body.
Inhale love and support.
Exhale fear and tension.
Take a moment here and breathe.
The fear might be about your pregnancy journey ahead.
Inhale deeply and exhale let that go.

If you get emotional here that's fine.
Let it all go and let it flow.
The fear might be about the birth of your baby.
Inhale deeply,
Exhale and let that go.
And breathe The fear might be about your journey through motherhood.

Use your breath here.
Trust you are doing perfectly.

Remember to use your breath through anything that might be difficult but also use your breath to give yourself and your baby love and support.
You and your body are doing perfectly.
You and your body know deep down exactly what to do.
Breathe and trust.
Relearn your feminine instinct and trust.

Connect back to your breath and to your baby.
Maybe put one hand on your belly again and breathe into your belly.
Calm down your mind,
Calm down your soul and just breathe.
Your baby can feel you calm down.
Your baby can feel your calmness,
Your tranquility and peace.
So at this moment just calm all the way down.
Whenever you are ready you can slowly come back to the space around you.
Maybe come back to the noises.
Come back to yourself.
Slowly open your eyes and maybe move and stretch around a little.
And I want you to remember what a warrior goddess you are,
Bringing life into this world.
