Loving, Living source of all creation, Breathe your breath of life through us today. Soften us, Awaken us, Bring us deeper into love. We choose in the awakening of this new day to unclench and unfold our bodies and minds, Shaking loose established patterns, Softening into life, Growing ever more receptive from ourselves to our souls, To fresh life, Fresh truth and the eternal wild call of love. We are willing to come fully alive, Releasing all that we think we know for that which we truly are. Loving, Living source of all creation, Breathe your breath of life through us today. And so together we soften into our bodies, Exhaling, Releasing, Breathing all the way out. And we'll take three conscious breaths together, Welcoming this fresh life, That which we freely receive. New beginning, Into our receptive bodies and expansive minds. Let breath come deep into the belly, Down into your centre, Slowly surrendering with the exhale. And we'll take two more, Inhaling, Exhaling, Inhaling, Exhaling. Placing our hands on our hearts, Offering our gratitude for this breath, This life and the true and loving source of it all. Thank you. Thank you. May we live this day in freedom and in peace.
