This yoga nidra inspired meditation is a celebration of the sacredness of you. It is an invitation into self-love and a reclaiming of your inherent enoughness, as we celebrate the divine essence within each one of us. The practice includes a long relaxation followed by the rotation of awareness using the visualization of soft white light. We'll explore opposite emotions, including feelings of isolation/connection and feeling not enough/enough, to create a balanced state within. We'll end with a visualization of receiving divine blessings and being celebrated for the wonder and miracle that you already are.
