Five minute resolution meditation let's spend the first few minutes of our meditation pacifying the mind through a breathing meditation following however the breath is entering and leaving the body noticing the in-breath picking up on that following it into the body noticing the out-breath following it out of the body as you breathe in allow the posture,
Straighten to open as you breathe out let yourself soften,
Relax shoulders to loosen breathing in to the present moment breathing out letting go of worry and distraction starting to feel the mind begin to pacify as you connect with your breathing disconnecting from any busyness as your mind comes in this open space bring to mind a resolution which you want to make bring it into the forefront of your mind a personal resolution which you're wanting to establish in your heart in your mind that you're wanting to bring into your life allow this resolution to dawn in your heart you may be able to write it down and articulate it after the meditation but during this quiet reflection try to get a feeling for this resolution as well as just some words,
Try to get a feeling a special feeling that is conjoined with the resolution and just hold it in your heart for a minute now try to merge with this special feeling of your resolution so you can take it with you into your life holding this resolution from moment to moment the breath is still there you can use it to just control the mind a little just abiding with your resolution as your time comes to an end quiet time make the intention to carry your resolution into your daily life maybe write it down after this session,
