Megan has been meditating in different Buddhist and secular traditions for over 25 years. She is a UCLA trained mindfulness facilitator and a member of IMTA (International Mindfulness Teacher Association). As a classically trained opera singer and a singer/songwriter, she records under the name "The Bright Forever." Megan is a certified Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher and sings sacred mantras. She is interested in the intersection of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, sound healing, and awakening.
