Close your eyes as we relax the body one area at a time.

Relax your brow,

Relax your eyes,

Relax your jaw and your throat.

Relax your shoulders and your chest.

Notice as your belly rises and falls with every breath.

Relax your arms and your hips.

Relax your thighs and your legs all the way down to your toes.

As we bring focus to your heart center,

Take in a deep breath and release.

Our heart is the energy center of our body.

It's the bridge between our lower physical energy centers and our spiritual ones.

Your heart is your temple,

Your sacred space.

We're going to take a little journey into your temple in this moment.

As you walk into this space,

The most magnificent energy begins to wash over you.

It feels like peace,

Like euphoria.

It feels like joy and it feels like love.

As you walk into this temple,

There is no judgment.

There is no fear or worry.

And all of the labels you've obtained in this lifetime simply fade away.

Look around inside of your temple.

What do you see?

Is it an abundance of nature,

Of colors or textures?

In this space,

You are one with spirit.

You are one with your higher self.

You are light and you are unconditional love.

Love is the natural state of your mind and body.

It is the essence of your power.

It's about giving and receiving as there must be a balance to create harmony.

Take a deep breath,

Inhaling through your nose and release.

In this temple,

This sacred temple that is your heart,

Take a moment and honor this space.

Honor this journey and honor yourself.

In this space,

We welcome in love and compassion.

In this space,

We welcome in the ability to give and receive love from others.

And in this space,

We give light to that which we are ready to release.

We release with gratitude for the way in which it has served.

And we release with love as it no longer serves us in this moment.

Love is your truth.

You are worthy.

And so it is.
