Welcome to your abundant day meditation.
Whether you pray or meditate,
Whether you find peace in reading a book or taking a walk in the woods,
Just know that there is this beautiful space within you in which lies the calm amongst the storm.
As humans,
We are multi-taskers.
We are go-getters.
We are passion seekers and spirit lifters.
As we fill our days with checklists and obligations and celebrations,
We often forget to take a step back and re-center.
So let's take a moment to bring our awareness within.
Find a quiet space to sit or lie down,
Whatever is more comfortable.
Lay your arms by your sides with your hands in your lap,
Palms facing up.
Close your eyes,
Take in a deep breath,
Inhaling through your nose.
Hold it and release.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now and nothing else that requires your attention in this moment.
Notice if there are any areas in your body that feel tense or tight and breathe into those spaces.
Relax your brow,
Relax your eyes,
Relax your jaw and your throat.
Allow your body to melt into the surface that's supporting you.
As we go into the meditation,
There may be thoughts that float in,
But no worries.
Just acknowledge these thoughts without judgment and watch them float away like clouds passing by.
You can always bring your focus back to your breath.
Your breath is so powerful.
A single breath in and out has the power to bring your awareness into your now moment.
As we more consciously realize that dwelling in the past or worrying about the future does not serve us and our now moment is truly our place of peace.
Take another deep breath,
Inhale through your nose,
Hold it and release.
Alright my friend,
So I'm going to take you on a little journey to experience a day in your abundant life.
And as we step into this higher version of yourself,
I'm going to let you know when to bring your awareness back to your breath.
When I say breathe,
Take a deep,
Fully intentional breath,
Inhaling through your nose and then release.
Imagine yourself waking up from the most amazing sleep you've ever experienced.
You feel so rested,
So full of energy,
So alive.
There are no worries of how the bills will be paid.
You have more than enough money.
More than enough to spend.
More than enough to save.
And more than enough to share.
You are living in your dream house.
What does this look like?
But more importantly,
How does it feel?
You start to get out of bed and everything feels clear and alive.
You have this confidence,
This trust in knowing to move forward in this magnificent day.
And you smile at this incredible aroma of your favorite breakfast foods begins to fill the air.
Breathe and release.
As you walk into the dining room,
You see a gorgeous display of delicious foods just for you.
You sit down to eat and your heart fills with love at the sound of birds chirping right outside of your window.
Breathe and release.
You finish your breakfast and as you're walking to the front door,
You catch a glimpse of yourself in the hallway mirror.
You pause at your own reflection because you look absolutely amazing,
Full of life,
Full of love.
You look confident and ready to seize the day.
You have filled this day with your favorite things,
Things that excite you,
Things that give you purpose,
Things that move your soul.
Breathe and release.
Where are you in this day?
As your abundant self with time freedom,
Are you hiking?
Are you laying on the beach?
Maybe enjoying a beautiful meal with loved ones?
Let your day play out and feel,
Feel into every bit of it.
Feel the ease in which you move through your day,
The clarity that you have in your conversations.
Feel the love that you experience with everyone you encounter.
As you arrive back home,
You see all of your friends and family's cars in your driveway.
Everyone you love,
Everyone you cherish,
The people in your life that lift you up and make you laugh.
They've all come together on this special day to celebrate you.
Breathe and release.
As you walk through the front door,
You have this wave of gratitude wash over you.
Your favorite music is jamming in the background and you have never felt so much love at once before.
The love and gratitude is almost overwhelming,
But you embrace it.
Breathe and release.
Know that this is your time.
You are love and you are light.
You are gratitude and you are peace.
Step into your truth.
Step into the essence of who you truly are because then and only then can you reach your greatest potential.
My friend,
You are here to experience soul shaking love.
You are here to dive deep.
You are here to fulfill your purpose and rise up from your roots.
Breathe and release.
As you climb into your bed basking in the glory of your incredible day,
You rest easy and you smile because although this abundant day is done,
Tomorrow is another one.

Meditation can be as simple as a conscious breath in and out and it can take you to your perfect day.
