Lie down in a quiet place and allow the eyes to close.
Relax and allow the focus to rest on your breathing.
Feel the expansion and contraction of the body,
In the chest or abdomen,
Wherever you feel it.
As the breath comes in,
Say to yourself in your mind,
Rising.
And as your breath leaves,
Say in your mind,
Falling,
Rising,
Falling.
Try to deeply experience these physical sensations that happen in the body as you breathe.
When the mind wanders,
Just bring it back to the breath,
Over and over.
Now we will start the affirmations.
I ask your subconscious mind for permission to accept these words as a truth that slowly dawns upon you and brings great transformation into your life.
Soak in these affirmations.
