Mindful pause.

Welcome November as the leaves continue their graceful dance to the ground and the air carries the crispy promise of winter.

Let's take this opportunity to embrace the present moment with warmth and mindfulness.

Please find a comfortable position that allows you to feel at ease whether you are seated with your feet gently resting on the earth or lying down surrounded by comfort.

Let this be your time for peace.

When you are ready gently close your eyes and draw your attention inward.

Take a deep life-affirming breath in through your nose filling your lungs with the freshness of a new month.

Feel the expansion of a life within you and as you exhale release all that no longer serves you allowing space for new beginnings.

With each breath let any tension in your body melt away.

Your journey through November a month of a transformation and thankfulness begins with this act of a self-care and senility.

Allow the sounds around you to fade into the background as you focus on my voice.

Notice the air as it touches your nostrils cool and refreshing.

This is the breath of a life constant and comforting.

Feel its rhythm steady and sure grounding you in this moment.

As thoughts come to you greet them with kindness and then let them pass.

Just as the November wind ashes leaves along their path they do not need to stay and they are free to go and so are you.

Free from attachment,

Immersed in tranquility,

In the sanctuary of an inner world.

Imagine a warm golden light that starts at your heart and slowly expands with every breath.

This light represents the inner peace and clarity you carry within.

Growing brighter with the love and quiet strength that resides in your heart.

Now let's share a moment of a silence together allowing this light to fill you and the warmth to embrace your being.

As we conclude this meditation begin to bring your awareness back to the space you are in and notice the support beneath you.

Take a deep breath and when you are ready gently open your eyes.

Feel the renewed sense of a calm and carry this with you not just today but throughout the month.
