Here we are honouring the new day,
Mindful of the joy that it is to be alive,
Mindful of the moments and making those moments count.
Good morning.
This day is a new life.
Each breath is the birth of a new moment,
A new opportunity.
I invite you to move deeply into your next breath,
Drawing it down deeper and deeper into the abdomen and releasing,
Breathing,
Releasing,
And into your next breath,
Into the birth of the next moment with the fullness of your attention.
Mindful of life and how it feels for you to be alive in this moment.
Breathing and releasing.
Breathing,
Alert,
Aware and alive.
Breathing alive to the sensations of the breath,
Alive to the aliveness of the body.
Alert to the sensations of energy around the body,
Any tingling or fizzing,
Any textures or movement,
Colours or lights behind the eyes.
Breathing and sensing.
Breathing and being with however things are for you right now.
Grateful for the aliveness of the body.
Grateful to feel alive.
Grateful to be alive.
Grateful for the aliveness of the body.

Drawing in new energy with each new breath.
Letting go of all that has gone before as you let go of the breath.
Breathing,

When we are mindful we give ourselves the opportunity to begin again and again and again.
Opening and letting go.
Just by breathing we start again at this new moment.
Moving as deeply as you can into this breath,

This direct experience of life.
