So settling down finding your upright aligned positioning and a line spine allows us to have the mind remaining clear and bright.
So with that aligned spine eyes rested down releasing the shoulders releasing any tension in the body as you begin inviting those bigger deeper breaths.
So really aware of the sensation of those bigger deeper breaths as your body opens to the breath.
And as your body lets go of the breath noticing the deepest point that the breath reaches before we let go of the breath.
And then letting go of any striving any forcing or pushing.
Letting go of everything.
And allowing the breath to just be as it is.
We're simply observing.
Aware of the breath.
Aware of the body.
Aware of that natural rise and fall.
Sitting in and within that rise and fall.
Being in the breath.
Being in the moment.
Simply being.
Being.
You are exactly where you're supposed to be right now.
Just here following the breath.
We know that distraction may come but we know that that doesn't matter.
We just return to following the breath.
We just allow our attention to sink back down into that deepest point of the breath.
Sitting amongst that movement in the deepest point that the breath reaches.
Being in the breath.
Simply breathing.
Simply aware.
In noticing how it feels to breathe.
We're noticing how it feels to be alive.
Breathing and releasing and letting go.
Letting go.
Breathing.
Ohn When we are mindful,
Present and aware of the breath,
This is so very simple and yet very profound within meditation.
There may at times appear all sorts of insights,
All sorts of things may arise,
And we just allow them to come and go,
Just as the breath comes and goes.
We don't focus on them or try to cling to them.
We just allow things to pass through.
Anything you really need to know will stay with you after the practice.
All you need to do is simply be here following the breath.
Just breathing,
Just aware.
Just remaining centered and aware,
Grounded in the rise and fall,
The rise and fall that happens all by itself in that deepest part that the breath reaches.
When we allow ourselves to deeply relax and deeply let go of tension,
Sometimes deep levels of things that we've been holding onto are released.
All sorts of things can arise,
And we just allow these to release and pass without any particular focus or worry or investment.
We just stay with the breath,
The rise and fall of the breath.
Staying with the breath,
See if you can sense the peace that is in every breath,
The aliveness that is in every breath.
Feeling your relaxed awareness,
A gentle awareness,
An aligned uprightness.
We're completely open and allowing,
Curious to follow the breath.
Any thoughts are in our head and feelings are in our body.
When we ground our awareness in the breath and the body,
We allow ourselves to feel rather than get lost in thought.
We experience the difference between thought and feeling just through our breath,
Just through our awareness.
Never resisting,
Never turning away from,
Just open and allowing,
Gently guiding our attention back to the breath,
Back to the moment.
Diving as deeply as you can into the breath that you're in.
You're exactly where you're supposed to be.
Breathing alive,
Aware,
Present.
Our mind full of the breath,
Our body full of the breath.
Aware of this exchange between our inner and outer worlds,
Between us and the environment around us.
We catalog our behaviors and our directły our feelings into beliefs.
Breathing and noticing how breathing is a whole body experience.
Noticing how the breath reaches every part of you.
Breathing into every part of you.
Observing the flow of the breath.
The flow of life,
Moment by moment.
And now letting go of anything that you're holding onto.
Letting go of the breath.
Letting go of everything.
Just allowing yourself to be exactly where you are.
Well done for taking this bit of breathing space.
And for setting your intention to be centered and aware in your day ahead and your life ahead.
Thank you.
