This 4 minute meditation is part of a group of Short and Powerful mini-meditations that can give you a much needed moment of comtemplative space during those days when time is limited. Breathe Out the B.S. is an invitation to breathe in strength and resiliance and breathing out all that daily noise that often obscures your brilliance. Please note this recording contains adult language, and is designed for open-minded meditators. Please avoid if you are easily offended or near people who may hear the words used. It is not our intention to shock or offend, we just want to be real and get straight to the point.

This meditation is called breathe out the bullshit.

Try as we may to be mindful it is so easy to get swept up in the bullshit.

It is okay though,

Don't worry it happens honestly to all of us but we can learn to let it go.

When we change how we breathe we do change how we feel so I invite you to breathe with me for a bit.

To begin with slowly breathe in with me.

A lovely long inhale then slowly breathe out even longer with me and know that now is okay.

Breathing in in this pattern and breathing out breathing out all that bullshit.

Breathing in is beginning again.

Breathing out is letting go and letting loose.

Breathing in your brilliance and breathing out and out some more of that bullshit.

Breathing in strength and resilience.

Breathing out judgment criticism and fear.

On our inhale we touch the very best version of ourselves and then when we do our exhale is like a sigh of relief.

Breathing release relief letting go.

And now not striving allowing things to be natural and easy with the breath.

Softening into the natural breath and letting go of struggle or striving.

Allowing the breath and ourselves to be free.

Remember that whatever is going on in your life situation breathing out that built up bullshit can make it easier to deal with.
