Don't panic.

I have some brilliant news for you.

You are not your thoughts and thoughts are not facts.

Thoughts are just thoughts,

Fluctuations of the mind.

I want you to now allow these fluctuations to just come and go.

To come and go and to see them for what they are simply thoughts.

I invite you now to find your breath and rest here.

Resting here amid the rise and the fall.

Each time that you let go of the breath there is this natural process of letting go.

Just witnessing this.

Watching and allowing the coming and going of the breath while you simply rest here.

Just as we let go of the breath we can also let go of thought.

Allowing the coming and going while you just rest here.

With each inhale there is a freshness.

With each new moment there is a new beginning.

Resting here in the breath.

The breath is real.

The breath is new.

The breath is now.

Inhaling newness and releasing.

Inhaling freshness and releasing.

With each release is a surrender.

With each surrender is an opening up to a new beginning.

We can begin again and again and again.

And this process happens all by itself.

Easily,

Naturally,

Readily.

Just like the rise and fall of the sun.

The rise and fall of the tides.

Endings and beginnings.

Again and again.

And again.

This is the flow of all things.

Resting here.

Resting here.

Resting here.

Resting here amid the fluctuations and undulations.

The risings and the falling away.

Falling away.

Resting here.

Here in the breath.

The breath is real.

The breath is new.

The breath is now.
