Welcome yourself into a quiet space.

Close your eyes and thank yourself for all the hard work that you do and for you investing in this moment so that you can connect deeply with yourself and show up as that awesome mom that you are.

Feel into your physical heart.

Listen to your physical heartbeat.

Notice the surrounding area of your heart.

Can you feel any emotions or any sensations?

Non-judgmentally with mama compassion embracing all that you feel.

Imagine that your physical heart can breathe and take an oxygen.

With every inhale drawling an oxygen to your heart letting your lungs expand open and with every exhale letting go of unnecessary stress that you're holding on to.

Perhaps you're holding on to that stress in your shoulders and your neck and your belly and the muscles of your face.

Take ten breaths into your heart.

Think of a person that you love and care deeply about so much so that it brings a smile to your face just thinking about them.

How does that make you feel?

Keep breathing in and keep breathing out.

Keep listening to the sounds as you feel your breath.

You can open up your eyes.

You are now finished.
