This meditation is using an NLP tool, positive affirmations, and the whole body system to integrate the feeling of confidence in your body. So much more powerful than an affirmation! This works on your subconscious, please listen to this every day to boost your confidence.
Transcript
Please take a moment and find a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes and allow for yourself to bring all of your attention and your awareness inside.
We're going to start this meditation off with 15 breaths.
So taking your big first breath in,
Breathing in through the nose,
Full breath in,
Feeling the breath as it draws in through the nose.
And then the exhales out the mouth,
It's releasing,
It's letting go.
Starting to hear the breath a little bit more fully.
Breathing in,
Opening up to new opportunities,
New possibilities,
Becoming present in this moment,
Filling your body up with new oxygen.
Exhale out the mouth,
Releasing,
Letting go.
With a little sigh,
Perhaps even your shoulders,
Relaxing just 1% more.
Inhaling in,
Big breath in,
Breathing in through your nose,
Feeling full,
Feeling alive,
Feeling new opportunities,
Feeling expanded.
And then the exhale is the releasing,
The letting go,
The softening.
And then now just breathing in through the nose and then out of the nose.
Starting to become more aware,
More present,
Letting go of whatever was before this moment.
And then exhaling out of the nose,
Starting to feel your breath just a little bit more.
Inhale in through the nose,
Filling up your whole entire being with new air.
And then the exhale,
The little sigh throughout the nose as you feel the breath releasing and letting go out of your body.
Beautiful.
Just like that.
We got about 10 more.
Inhaling in,
Opening up new opportunities,
New possibilities,
New ways of being.
This is a new moment,
New energy,
New you.
Exhales releasing,
Letting go.
Anything that's not serving you,
Anything that's lingering on,
Any last little tension that can just release and leave.
Inhaling in,
Full breath in.
And then the exhaling out,
Releasing,
Letting go,
Hearing the whisper of the breath leave your body.
Breathing in,
Full breath in,
Feeling a bit more energized now with more oxygen just flooding your body,
Flooding your system.
And then the exhale,
Releasing,
Letting go.
Great breathing in,
Full breath in.
Just the breath,
Just this moment,
Just bringing your attention back to the inhale.
And then the exhale,
Releasing,
Letting go,
Softening the body,
Maybe just two more percent,
Noticing how your body feels now.
Okay,
Last five breaths.
We're taking a take the inhale in through the nose,
Hold it at the very top,
Inhaling all the way,
All the way,
Fill your body,
Pause at the top,
Feeling really full,
Heart open,
Shoulders down the back,
And then exhale,
Release,
Letting go,
Follow that exhale all the way down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down to the last drop.
Breathing in,
Full breath in,
Hold at the top,
Put your hand on your heart,
Put your hand on your belly,
Feel this new energy you've created,
And then exhale,
Release,
Let go,
Follow the exhale all the way down,
All the way down,
The very last drop of your exhale,
Almost like you're squeezing out the last drop of your exhale and you feel it in the very root of your being.
Great job,
Three more,
Just like that,
Filling yourself on up,
Inhale,
New being,
Opening up to a present moment,
Opening up to a new opportunity,
Opening up to a new you,
And then hold at the top,
Feel full,
Feel your hand on your belly and then your hand on your chest,
And then exhale,
Release,
Letting go,
Last drop of your exhale,
You follow it all the way down,
Hold it,
Pause there,
Feel the root of your being,
Inhaling in,
Fresh new life force coming in,
Breathing all the way,
Full breath,
A 360 degree breath,
Feeling your lungs expand,
Open up,
And then exhaling,
Release,
And then following it all the way down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Hold it just for a moment at that last exhale,
And then releasing,
Just letting the breath be really natural,
Flowing in and flowing out.
And I want you to think of a time when you felt so competent within your own being.
I want you to think of a memory,
At least one experience where you felt on purpose,
Where you felt like you were here for a purpose,
When you felt like you were on fire,
When you felt like you were unstoppable,
When you felt like you were so competent.
Maybe it was a friend that acknowledged you,
Maybe it was an award that you won at work,
Maybe it was at school you got acknowledged by the teacher,
Whatever it was,
It could be years ago.
I know there was one experience that you had in your life where you really felt competent.
So go there,
Remember that memory,
Bring yourself back to that memory and time,
Notice how you were feeling.
Were you feeling alive?
Were you feeling courageous?
Were you feeling so confident?
Notice even what were you wearing,
Seeing if you can really bring that memory back so it's very vivid.
And noticing who were the people around you,
Where were you at,
Were you outside,
Were you inside,
Who were you with,
What did it smell like,
Were there sounds around you?
Seeing if you can even hear the people's voice,
Seeing what were you wearing,
Notice how your clothes felt on you,
And if you're having a hard time remembering a memory when you were very competent and grounded in yourself,
Then make a memory up because you do have a memory.
So see if you can make a memory up wherever you feel most confident in your life now,
Whether it be work,
Whether it be with friends,
Whether it be school and learning something,
Whatever it be in your life,
Maybe it's an art project,
Whatever you feel the most competent in,
Go ahead and create that memory and use your imagination and use your visualization process so you can start to bring in people.
Maybe you're making these people up,
Maybe you know these people,
Notice what you're wearing,
Notice how it feels in your body to feel confident.
And then now starting to feel that memory as if that memory was happening right here,
Right now,
In this moment,
Because our mind is this beautiful,
Extraordinary machine that allows us to go back in time as if we were experiencing it right here,
Right now.
So imagine that you were experiencing it right here,
Right now.
How does your body feel?
You feel like you're glowing?
Do you feel like you're radiating?
Do you feel like you're competent?
Do you feel like you're purposeful?
Do you feel like you belong?
Do you feel like you have gifts to share?
Yes that's it,
Really starting to feel those gifts.
And then I want you to place your hand on your left hand on your left knee and your right hand on your right knee.
And I want you to start tapping,
Your left hand taps your left knee.
Your right hand taps your right knee.
Just back and forth,
Just like that.
Back and forth.
And I want you to repeat after me,
So just keep tapping your left hand taps your left knee.
Your right hand taps your right knee.
Keep tapping.
And I want you to repeat after me.
So repeating after me,
I am competent.
Repeating after me,
I have a purpose.
Repeating after me,
I belong.
I am here for a reason.
Others acknowledge and see my gifts.
I am competent.
I feel empowered and strong in my body.
I feel energized.
I am competent.
I am empowered.
I feel strong in my body.
I have unique gifts to share.
I am here for a reason.
I am here for a purpose.
I am competent.
I am empowered.
I am strong.
Others see me as a leader.
I have so much to share with the world.
I have so much to give to the world.
I am competent.
I am empowered.

Everyone loves the gifts that I have to share with the world.

It is safe to be in my power.
It is safe to be big.
It is safe to be confident.
I love feeling confident.
Opening up your body,
Opening up your mind,
Opening up your soul,
Opening up your heart to fully take these healing vibrations in so that you can truly show up and be the most confident version of yourself because that is who you are.
Underneath the mask that you wear,
Underneath the layers,
You are strong and you are confident.
And it is time to reclaim that version of yourself because it is you and it is here.
And you can do that in this moment.
In this moment,
You have a choice to open up to be that competent being.
You are that competent being.
Now repeating after me,

I am purposeful.

I have gifts to share.
