Imagine that you can breathe into the soles of your feet.
Breathing in through the soles of your feet all the way on up to your hair.
And then on the exhale,
Washing down from your head all the way down,
Down,
Down to your toes.
Breathing in through the soles of your feet.
And then the exhale,
Breathing all the way down your body.
Feeling the whole of your body.
Find five breaths like this,
Breathing in through the soles.
And then breathing all the way down your body.
You are now finished.
