With a profound presence and a deep understanding of neuroscience, she bridges ancient mindfulness practices with modern science to support physiological well-being. Breeanne has coached hundreds of people, empowering them to live their best life. She created a mindfulness curriculum, which she presented to San Diego Unified Schools and successfully implemented at Washington Elementary, where she trained teachers, parents, and children in mindfulness techniques. Having studied closely with renowned neuroscientist Dr. Daniel Siegel, Breeanne brings a unique, science-based approach to her spiritual work and how we can implement this into our everyday lives.
