Welcome to day 11 of your mindfulness challenge.
Today we will do some body tapping and then notice sensations.
Make an X in front of your chest with your hands and then place your hands on your opposite shoulders.
Start to tap your shoulders,
Move your hands down and tap your arms,
Move your hands back up to your shoulders,
Keep tapping,
Move your hands back down.
Now take your hands and gently tap your chest,
Your upper chest where your lungs are.
Keep tapping,
Keep tapping.
Now place your hands in your lap,
Noticing sensations in your arms,
Noticing sensations in your chest.
Could be warmth or buzzing or tingling.
Just notice sensations in your arms and your chest.
Place one hand on your belly,
Take a breath in,
Fill your belly with your breath and have a very long breath out,
Blow your breath out.
