So this is our creating in the quantum meditation.
Just take a nice long breath in and a nice long breath out.
Make that exhale even longer if you can.
Just so relax as you ready for this adventure.
You are traveling to the top of a beautiful Colorado mountain.
It is a gorgeous day.
The sunlight is filtering through the aspen trees which have all turned to gold.
And many of the leaves have fallen and so walking along a path is like walking on gold.
You arrive here perhaps by helicopter.
It brings you and gently drops you off and then lifts off.
Or some friendly old timer drives you up in the bumpy road in his old jeep.
Or maybe you arrived on a magic carpet.
Whatever you have arrived and you notice a cabin and you walk toward it.
It is enchanting.
Beautiful.
Beautiful cabin.
And inside it is outfitted just for you.
With everything you love and cherish arranged to suit you.
You head for the comfy sofa that you notice is facing a large screen.
As you settle in a story starts to play on the screen.
As the movie starts you realize that this is your story.
The story of your diagnosis,
Your situation,
Your problem,
Your challenge.
This is the story that brought you here.
You watch.
How did it all start?
How did you feel then?
Where did you go for advice or help?
What was wrong?
What was hard?
What happened next?
And then after that.
Until you notice the story is bringing you to this moment.
This exact moment of you sitting in this cabin on this comfy sofa.
Then the movie stops.
The screen goes blank except for the words,
Create your new story now.
You close your eyes and begin to breathe into your heart space and do that now.
Breathing in through your heart space.
Breathing out through your heart space.
Maybe even put your hand on your heart space to make that feeling even more easy.
Breathing in through that very space.
And then breathing out.
And then relax your tongue on the floor of your mouth.
This signals your body that everything is okay,
Everything is safe.
And take your awareness now and notice the space inside of your mouth.
And then take your awareness to the space inside of your head.
And now move your awareness down into your chest cavity where your heart resides.
And become aware of the space within your chest.
And the space even within your heart as it beats,
As it does its incredibly imaginative,
Amazing work.
Now expand the awareness of that space to your whole body.
And now move that awareness to fill the room where you are sitting.
And then it expands even further this awareness of space across the mountains,
Over the oceans,
To the horizon and beyond.
And beyond.
We are now in the quantum field,
In the divine mind,
In God.
The place of endless possibilities.
It's very much like an Amazon warehouse that never ends.
Rows that don't ever come to an end,
They go on forever,
Shelves that go up to eternity,
To infinity.
Every possibility is here.
Every possibility that we're aware of and even those we have no idea about.
Now you ride on one of those little machines,
You know the ones that pick up the boxes and move them around.
And you hop on and start down the row and notice all the possibilities.
They're all here.
You notice total health.
And so you reach for it and it is yours.
It flows over your whole self and you are totally healthy.
Imagine.
How does that feel?
Are you just over the moon happy?
Pain has disappeared.
Do you feel strong,
Fresh,
Ready to go?
Do you feel thrilled,
Happy,
Ecstatic?
Everything feels different.
The world seems brighter.
Everything is light.
Pain and worry are gone and in their places joy.
Feel the joy right now.
Imagine the joy.
Feel it.
And now that you possess this total healing and you're filled with joy,
What is it you want to do?
Things you couldn't do before perhaps?
Run,
Ski,
Play a sport,
Walk,
Walk easily,
Go swimming.
What do you love doing?
See yourself doing that and being filled with love at the experience.
Maybe it's getting down on the floor to play with a young child easily.
What else would you do now that would bring you such joy?
Something you've always wanted to try?
Something you've always been curious about?
Now you can.
There's your healthy again.
Would you explore some project?
Or visit some place you have always wanted to go?
See yourself there.
How do you feel being in that precious place?
Ecstatic,
Thrilled,
Grateful,
Excited,
Joyful.
Visualize yourself doing that wonderful thing.
And how does that experience feel?
Feel that joy and that delight.
Feel it now.
Feel how grateful you are to be experiencing this.
It fills you with love.
This is your new story.
You know that now.
You determine to remember these feelings.
You promise to revisit this new story often.
To teach your body and mind,
This is who I am becoming.
Once more,
Dwell in those feelings of joy.
Love,
Excitement,
Inspiration.
Now you are back on the sofa in the magic cabin.
And you hear a bit of noise outside.
Your ride home is here.
You gently get up from the sofa.
And as you look around this special place,
You vow that you will remember and you will practice your new story.
You will invest your energy in this new story often.
As you enter and step out of the door,
You see your helicopter,
Your magic carpet,
The jeep.
Decide how you will travel back and make your way off the mountain.
Big breath.
As you see yourself disappearing,
Just relax,
Focus on your breath for a moment,
And then open your eyes.
Leave yourself alone.
