In today's episode,
We are going to create the feeling of love we often expect from others,
But we're going to do it all by ourselves.
Did you know that only three to five minutes of this exercise a day can give you a boost in happiness hormones for up to six hours and even longer the more you practice it?
With this simple yet powerful meditation,
You not only change your own chemistry and energy that radiates from you,
You eventually also start to shift your life into a more joyful,
Love-filled and healthy direction.
All you need is something that brings out one or more of these high vibrational emotions like pure bliss,
Love,
Joy or gratitude.
This can be a person,
An event,
A pet or even your favorite food.
Pick one and let's get started.
Sit or lay down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and take a deep breath out.
Now start visualizing the thought which lifts up your own vibrational frequency by recreating your chosen emotion.
Really feel it in your chest.
Feel how it increases with every inhale.
Feel the smile on your face and feel how it is starting to spread throughout your entire body.
It starts to flow down in your stomach,
Gives you few little butterflies floating around and it starts to move through your legs all the way to your toes.
It starts to spread through your arms,
Reaching all the way to your fingertips and it starts to rise into your head all the way to your crown.
Bring your hands to your chest,
One on top of the other,
Onto your heart area and really indulge in this feeling that you have created within yourself.
Keep that beautiful smile on your face.
Keep your deep inhales and exhales.
Keep increasing this feeling in your body and stay here for a few moments.
Every bit of you.

Take another deep breath.
Take another deep inhale and another deep exhale.
And with the next inhale,
You're going to gently open your eyes.
