Hello,

You wonderful being and welcome to the deep relaxation and healing meditation.

So if you haven't done so already,

Then get into a comfortable position,

Preferably lying down but you can also do this meditation sitting up.

Relax your body,

Close your eyes and start connecting with your breath.

Feel the flow of energy expanding your lungs and feel the flow of air coming out of your nose.

Relax your breath,

Relax your body,

Relax your jaw.

Inhaling and exhaling at your own speed,

At a comfortable depth for you.

However try to lengthen your inhales and exhales.

Try to slow down your breath and start to relax your whole body,

Letting go of the tension in your feet,

In your toes,

All the way up to your ankles.

Relax your calves and your shins.

Let go of the tension in your knees.

Relax your thighs.

Relax your pelvic area.

With every inhale let the air flow into your belly and with every exhale relax your center,

Relax your core,

Relax your belly muscles even further.

So relaxing your lower back,

Loosening the muscles all along your spine,

Relaxing your whole back all the way to your neck,

Loosening your shoulders,

Relaxing your chest.

Let the relaxation flow into your arms,

Towards your elbows,

All the way to your fingertips.

Your whole lower body is relaxed.

Let the relaxation also flow into your neck area.

Let go of all the stress you're holding onto in your shoulders,

In your neck,

All the way up into your jaw.

Unclench your jaw,

Loosen your tongue,

Relax your lips,

Let go of the tension around your nose,

Let your eyelids become heavier,

Relax the area around your ears,

Relax your forehead,

Let the relaxation flow all around your scalp.

Your whole body feels relaxed.

Now we're going to place one hand on your chest and one hand on your lower belly.

Feel your breath,

Feel your heartbeat and feel the sensation of gratitude,

Gratitude for your body,

For the breath that flows into your lungs,

For your heart pumping the blood throughout your system.

Focus on the things that are working well in your body,

All the things that your body is providing you with day by day without you even noticing it consciously.

The barrier that your skin provides against the germs of the outside world,

Your digestive system providing you and yourselves with the nutrients that it needs to heal,

That it needs to be strong.

Bring your awareness to your chest,

To your heart area and feel how with every inhale you're bringing in more energy into your heart area.

Through your nose you're starting to inhale a very bright white light into your chest,

Into your lungs.

You feel the energy expanding in your chest from the inside becoming stronger and stronger until the glow of this white bright light is starting to expand and cover your entire chest area.

You feel butterflies rising in your belly,

The feeling of love spreading through your whole body flowing from your chest to your belly to your pelvic area all the way to your toes to your fingertips all the way to your crown.

Keep breathing and keep expanding that energy with every inhale letting it go stronger and brighter.

Roll forth a memory of you helping someone else.

Remind yourself of a moment in the past where you felt this joy in your heart of being able to gift something to someone that made them very happy and grateful.

Remind yourself of this moment and the feeling you felt when that other person was so grateful for what you did.

Revel in this energy for a while,

Focus on that feeling and from your mind bring this energy into your heart.

Bring the sensation,

These feelings into your core and once again let that energy flow through your body,

Let it expand with every inhale,

Let it grow with every inhale and now place your hands on the area that is paining you or that feels uncomfortable in your body.

This might be a physical ailment or an emotion that got stuck somewhere in your body.

Use your intuition to place your hands on the spot that needs most of your attention right now.

Take both of your hands,

Place one on top of the other and let the energy that you have collected within yourself flow into both of your hands.

This feeling of gratitude and the feeling of love and appreciation,

Let all of that energy flow into your hands,

This is the purest form of energy,

One of the highest vibrations that you can manifest within yourself.

Let it flow into your hands and visualize how light is radiating from your palms into the area of your body that is paining you.

If it's an area in your body that you have difficulties reaching,

Like in your back,

Place your hands somewhere on your front of the body so that the energy from your palms can flow all the way through your body,

All the way to the area on your back.

Breathe deeply,

Let that light flow into each and every cell in the area where you've placed your hands,

Let it radiate into your bloodstream,

Let it relax your muscles,

Let it flow and cleanse your lymphatic system,

Let it vitalize and relax your nerves,

Let it heal the tissue,

The organs,

Let the healing spread all the way from the core of your bones to the surface of your skin.

Keep focusing on your breath,

Guiding your breath into your hands,

With every inhalation,

Increasing the energy and with every exhale guiding that energy into the area that is challenging you at the moment.

Do this for a few more minutes before finishing this meditation and continue as long as it feels comfortable and good for you,

Even if this meditation finishes before you feel a relief,

Try continuing this focus for a while longer before you come back into this world before you open your eyes.

Let's look at each and every cell you feel comfortable singing.
