In today's meditation,

You will receive a deep relaxation from within.

However,

Do bear in mind that if you are facing repeated negative stress throughout your days,

You should consider making changes to your current lifestyle.

Meditation is only one of many important adjustments that can help you regain your inner balance.

Today,

We will be using the Prithvi Mudra which is a grounding hand position to reconnect with the elements of the earth.

This helps you balance irrational thoughts,

It helps you relax and regain your inner balance.

This hand position is achieved by bringing the tip of your thumb and the tip of your ring finger together while the other fingers remain stretched out.

So let's get started with today's meditation.

Lie down on your back with your spine straight,

Close your eyes and focus on the point in between your eyebrows.

Place your hands alongside your body,

Palms facing up and relax your shoulders.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your tongue.

Before we go any deeper into relaxation,

We're first going to tense up our entire body.

So let's contract your feet,

Your toes,

Contract your legs,

Your arms,

Your belly,

Make fists,

Make really angry face,

Tense up,

Tense up,

Tense up and relax.

Great let's do this again.

So take a deep inhale and tense up everything,

Tense up your whole body,

Your face,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Tighten,

Tighten,

Tighten,

Tighten,

Tighten and relax.

Very good.

Now let's go of the tension in your toes.

Relax all the muscles in your feet.

Unclench your ankles.

Release your calf muscles.

Let's go of the tension in your knees.

Relax your hamstrings and your butt cheeks.

Release your quadriceps.

Let both of your legs become heavy.

Your pelvic area is loosening up.

Your stomach muscles are loosening up with every exhale.

The curve in your lower back is fading away and your back is falling closer to the ground.

The muscles around your spine are relaxing.

Release the muscles in between your ribs with every exhale.

Your shoulders fall closer to the ground.

Your arms become heavy.

Let's go of the tension in your fingers.

Relax the muscles in your entire back area.

Release your neck.

Let go of the tension you're holding onto there and the tension you're holding onto in your jaw.

Loosen your tongue.

Relax the area around your mouth.

Relax your cheeks.

Release the muscles around your nose.

Let your eyelids become heavier.

Relax your forehead.

Let go of the tension around your ears and relax your entire scalp.

Feel how your body is sinking deeper into the earth.

And breathe.

If you like,

You can now take a Prithvi Mudra,

Which is achieved by connecting the tip of your thumb with the tip of your ring finger and stretching out the other fingers.

Next,

Let's bring our attention to our breath and bring a rhythm into it.

We are going to be inhaling for four seconds,

Holding our breath for seven seconds,

Followed by an exhale of eight seconds.

Let's get started.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

And one last exhale.

Continue breathing normally at your own speed.

Relax your breath.

Relax your mind.

Now bring your awareness to one specific thing or situation that makes you really,

Really happy.

Maybe it's a pet that is waiting for you at home,

Or a vacation you're going to be having or that you've had.

Maybe it's your family or your partner.

Maybe it's a goal that you've accomplished recently.

Choose one thing and imagine it in all its detail.

Let go of any judgmental thoughts and only devour the feelings of joy,

Love,

Happiness,

Warmth,

Passion,

Or ecstasy,

Whatever comes to mind,

Whatever floods your soul.

Really dive into this visualization and observe five things that you can see in this specific situation.

Did you find five things that you can see?

Then,

Let's move on to four things that you can feel,

Either emotions or physical sensations.

Next,

What are three things that you can hear in that visualization?

What are two things that you can smell?

Now,

Think of one thing that you can taste.

Now,

Take some time to really indulge in this visualization.

Dive into all your senses and really experience it as if it is happening to you right now.

Ready?

.

Now,

Place both hands on your heart and repeat the following words silently or out loud while you really feel them in your heart.

Thank you.

Once you are ready,

Place both palms together in front of your chest and start rubbing them to create heat.

Then place your hands on top of your closed eyes and take a deep inhale and exhale.

Now inhale,

Keep your hands on top of your eyes but open your eyes and exhale.

Take your hands away from your eyes,

Place them in front of your chest and pray your mudra.

Let's both palms touching each other.

Have a magnificent day.

Namaste.
