Hello you wonderful being and welcome to today's meditation which will fill you up with energy,
Confidence,
Joy and love.
You can practice it every morning to get your day started or choose to only listen to it when you're having one of those days where you wish you could go back to bed but instead you have to get up and get going.
It will be taking place in front of a mirror so choose the biggest mirror you have available and if you feel ready for it practice this meditation in the nude to experience a deeper bond with your own body.
Without any further ado let's dive right into the meditation.
Sit or stand in front of your mirror and close your eyes.
Take a slow deep inhale and take a deep exhale.
Relax your shoulders,
Loosen your belly and imagine how your feet are sinking deeper into the ground.
Now visualize the most beautiful individual you can think of.
Imagine their marvelous skin,
The glow in their eyes,
Their luscious lips,
Their beautiful nose,
Their stunning body.
Really try to visualize a clear image in your head.
Now apart from their physical aspects what are their virtues?
Are they confident,
Kind-hearted,
Intelligent,
Brave,
Calm,
Honest,
Independent,
Successful,
Patient,
Forgiving,
Grateful,
Happy,
Creative,
Fun,
Healthy,
Respectful,
Loving,
Loving,
Authentic.
For a while stand in the presence of this being and imagine how they are standing right in front of you.
Put your chest up,
Straighten your back,
Pull yourself up by the crown of your head and take a deep inhale.
And with the next exhale you open your eyes and you see how the image of the magnificent being that you have visualized melts into your own reflection.
See how their face and body becomes yours.
You are them,
Your marvelous skin that glow in your eyes,
Your luscious lips,
Your beautiful nose and your stunning body.
Observe yourself.
Look at yourself and express the gratitude you feel for your body,
Mind,
Energy and soul.
Place your hands on your heart and repeat after me either out loud or in your head.
Look deep into your eyes and fill the following words with life and feel them resonate in your entire being.
I am confident.
I am kind hearted.
I am intelligent.
I am brave.
I am calm.
I am honest.
I am independent.
I am successful.
I am patient.
I am forgiving.
I am grateful.
I am positive.
I am creative.
I am fun.
I am healthy.
I am respectful.
And I am authentic.
Inhale deeply and stretch your arms out wide to the sides.
Smile at yourself in your mirror.
And with the next exhale you are going to bring both hands on the opposite side of your shoulders and you are going to give yourself a great big hug.
Remain here as long as you like and really enjoy it as if it was coming from another person.
