Hello your wonderful being and welcome to the first of many guided frequency meditations.

You may want to continue listening as this will increase your comfort level throughout the meditation.

As the previous menstrual pain relief meditation is one of the most listened to episodes of this podcast and because many women need it at least once a month,

I've decided to finally provide you with something new.

I thank you very much for having listened to the previous menstrual pain relief meditation month after month but I'm sure even if it has helped you,

You can't wait for something new.

As long as it's just as,

If not even more helpful than the previous one.

Am I right?

Today's menstrual pain relief meditation will be accompanied by carefully curated frequencies to reduce menstrual symptoms,

Pains and aches.

I've explained a little bit about the benefit of frequencies in the intro to season 4,

Which you can listen to if you're interested.

Otherwise,

If you're ready to be a bit of a daredevil,

Let's jump right into the experience of menstrual frequencies.

As a short disclaimer,

Make sure you're not practicing this meditation while operating any heavy machinery and use headphones for the best experience as we will be using binaural beats in the background of this meditation.

Additionally,

I would like to mention that there is a part in this meditation that may feel foreign to you,

Especially if you feel a disconnect to your own body and have been made to feel ashamed regarding your menstruation.

The female cycle is a beautiful gift,

However many of us have had challenging experiences with it.

I would request you to lean into this meditation and give it a try.

Let go of any kind of categorizing thought processes of right or wrong and just see how it feels.

The reason why I'm still choosing to add this part to the meditation is because I know how powerful it is to reconnect with Mother Earth in this way.

For today's meditation we will start in a seated position and then move into a reclined position for which I would recommend grabbing four pillows if you would like to experience the ultimate comfort.

But you decide what feels best for you.

If you choose to use the four pillows,

I'd place them onto their final positions now so that you won't have to do so during the meditation.

When we move from the seated position into lying down,

You may want a small pillow underneath your head,

A large pillow below the crease of your knees once you've stretched out your legs and one medium pillow on each side of your body to rest your elbows onto the pillows.

Trust me,

Using these four pillows will surely increase your comfort level,

However it can also be done without pillows and even without lying down if you prefer to stay seated.

If you do choose to lie down later down the line throughout this meditation,

Sit on the floor or on top of your yoga mat but make sure that the ground below you is somewhat stable.

If you prefer to do this meditation while seating,

Choose any kind of seat that is comfortable for you.

Let's get started with today's meditation.

Sit down in a comfortable position.

Whether you're on the floor or on the chair,

Don't worry about keeping your spine straight.

Just sit,

Close your eyes,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your jaw and place both hands on your belly.

Not on top of one another but above or next to one another,

Cupping your belly with your palms.

Feel free to go as low as comfortable and place them wherever you feel the need for warmth and relaxation.

Start focusing on your breath while overemphasizing the expansion of your belly,

Filling it fully with every inhale and emptying it as much as possible but focus more on the filling up and expanding of your belly area.

Keep inhaling and exhaling at your own pace and with every exhale you feel how the tension is releasing from your pelvic area.

Along with your inhales and exhales start to move your spine in small circular motions.

Reduce the strength of your belly breath.

Simply keep focusing on deep inhales and exhales,

Drawing small circles with the end of your spine.

The time that you're starting to arch your back and exhaling every time that your back starts to round.

Move very slowly,

Move with your breath and feel the relaxation.

Stay in this motion for a while and start using your visualization powers.

It slowly starts to grow.

The ceiling above you starts to dissolve into thin air,

Revealing a clear blue sky.

The sun caressing your skin,

Feeling a gentle breeze on your face.

The walls around you fade away,

Giving way to gorgeous trees and plants of a rainforest.

You hear the chirping of tropical birds in the background and feel the vibrations of the pure and healing frequencies of this untouched animal kingdom.

Keep breathing deeply,

Keep increasing your circles without force,

Without pressure and at your own speed.

With every exhale and every circle,

Start feeling gravity pulling you deeper into the ground below you.

Feel all the body parts that are connecting with the ground below you.

When you feel ready,

You can start moving your large circles into the opposite direction.

Starting with a large circle,

Slowly moving into smaller circles.

Wherever your body is touching the ground,

Start visualizing roots growing out of these parts,

Digging their way into the ground below you,

Like a corkscrew spiraling deeper and deeper into the ground.

Let your roots expand wider and wider into the forest while continuing your pelvic motion.

With every exhale,

With every increasing grounding sensation,

You're also feeling safer and more relaxed in your body,

In your mind,

In your emotions and in your energy.

You can feel how your roots are being caressed by the healing frequencies vibrating through the forest into your roots,

Through to your chest.

Your pelvis relaxes further.

Your stomach muscles are releasing their tension.

Your chest feels light.

Your shoulders relaxed.

Your jaw unclenches even further.

Your tongue softens and your thoughts fade away.

Now we move into the unconventional part of this meditation.

Visualize how your menstrual blood glides onto the surface of the earth,

Into the ground below you.

With every drop,

You create more space within your uterus.

You feel more connected to Mother Earth,

Connected to your natural cycle and in alignment with the cycle of the universe.

Along with your blood,

You also release any negative connotations you may have with this process.

You're starting to feel a sense of freedom within.

And as you visualize your menstrual blood flowing into the earth,

Imagine it carrying away not only your physical pain,

But also emotional heaviness,

Stress,

Fears.

Each drop represents a release of anything that does not serve your highest good.

As your drop merges with the soil,

It transforms into nourishing energy for the earth,

Like rain feeding the roots of a forest.

Picture these drops sinking deeper into the ground and being received with gratitude by Mother Earth,

Who transforms them into streams of pure healing energy.

These streams flow back up your roots,

Into your body,

Bringing a renewed sense of clarity,

Strength and peace.

Feel the power of this cycle of giving and receiving,

A perfect harmony between you and Gaia.

This exchange grounds you further and with every exhale,

You feel more rooted,

More balanced and more connected to the life force that flows through all things.

Pause here,

Allowing yourself to soak in the beauty of this connection.

With every drop released,

You create space within yourself for something new.

A deeper strength and a profound sense of innate power that has always been within you.

A fire that starts to burn brighter as you release more and more and receive more and more from Mother Earth.

This fire is not one of destruction,

But of warmth,

Of creation,

Of raw,

Powerful,

Unfiltered feminine energy.

It fuels your entire being,

Reigniting the connection to your essence,

The powerful creator within you.

As you continue to feel the release,

You start to realize that each drop of your blood has created radiant,

Vibrant flowers in the grass that you're sitting on.

Each flower symbolizing renewal,

Creation and life.

Each flower holding a unique pattern,

A reflection of your individuality and the beauty of your cycle.

Breathe deeply while you take in this magnificent sight.

With every exhale,

Releasing anything that no longer serves you.

If you're still moving your body,

Your pelvis,

Your hips,

Come to stillness.

Slowly recline onto your chest.

Keep one hand over your lower abdomen,

Move the other one to your chest.

Feel the warmth of your hands radiating into your body.

Relax your breath,

Letting it become a wave of healing energy flowing through.

Start to breathe in,

Up.

With every exhale,

You're guiding this golden white light into the palms of your hands.

With every exhale,

It's becoming warmer,

More radiant.

It's starting to spread into your chest and abdomen.

Keep breathing and strengthening this flow of light from your chest and your lower abdomen into your head.

Let this light expand beyond your body.

This golden light pulses with every beat of your heart,

Creating a soothing rhythm and a frequency of healing and renewal.

With every breath,

Expanding this golden light even further,

Forming a cocoon around you.

With every breath,

Growing it larger,

Reaching the forest around you,

Touching the flowers and the trees,

Recognizing that you are a part of this beautiful interconnected web of life.

Your pain and tension dissolve into the light,

Replaced by peace and comfort.

Feel the golden light vibrating through you,

Harmonizing with the healing frequencies around you.

As it pulses,

It carries away the last remnants of pain,

Leaving you feeling whole,

Calm,

Nurtured and strong.

Move both of your hands to your chest.

With every inhale,

Draw in the golden light,

And with every exhale,

Let it ripple outwards,

Filling your chest and abdomen.

Take a moment to express gratitude for your body,

For its strength and for the beautiful,

Natural cycle it supports.

Know that this connection to yourself and to Mother Earth is always available to you.

Now,

Start by retracting your roots,

Pulling them back towards your body,

Feeling a rush of energy every time.

Now,

Thank her for her support,

For her healing energies.

With your physical body,

Become aware of your hands and your toes.

When you feel ready,

Keep your eyes closed,

Glide into a fetal position,

Holding onto the comfort and warmth of this meditation.

When you feel ready,

Gently sit up with your eyes closed,

Take a deep breath,

Rub the palms of your hands together,

Creating heat.

Place the palms of your hands on top of your closed eyes.

With your next inhale,

You will open your eyes,

With the hands still on top of your eyes.

With the next exhale,

Take your hands off of your closed eyes,

Bringing this healing energy into the rest of your day.

Thank you for taking this time for yourself.

You are powerful,

You are radiant,

And you're deeply connected to the power that lies within your womb.

Connect with it regularly.

Consciously relax your belly muscles throughout your day and return to this meditation whenever you feel the need to.
