A one-minute meditation.

Unclench your jaw,

Allowing the teeth to part,

Your tongue to drop away from the roof of your mouth.

Notice any tension you might be holding in your shoulders,

Seeing if you can let them settle.

Noticing where you feel your breath in your face,

In your torso.

Allowing your breath to enter your nostrils,

Traveling down your throat,

Expanding lungs,

And then elevating back up and out.

Stay with the sensation of your breath,

Continuing to release tension and breathing normally.

Opening your eyes as you feel ready.
