Mick Malotte

Mick’s interest is in making deep rooted mindfulness practices accessible, relevant and helpful to those engaged in modern life. He has practiced meditation for 25 years, is married, has raised two children and is a physician. He trained through Spirit Rock's CDL program and leads a weekly sitting group at the White Heron Sangha. He leads MBSR classes and also mindfulness courses for health care professionals.
