Michelle: I use your meditations every night to sleep for the past year. It has transformed my life for the better. Christmas can be especially tricky for me. I really appreciate the inclusion of ‘winter’ over ‘holiday’ tracks (the recent log-burning meditation is one of my all time favourites along with the old track of the A-frame cabin through the seasons).
The diversity of your meditations is so important: there is always a track there that is ‘just right’ for what I need on any given night/period in my life. Sometimes I need a story or a journey to distract me; sometimes it’s just a gentle reassurance; sometimes it’s just a calm and reassuring ‘atmosphere’ rather than any particular story line—and it’s impossible to predict beforehand what type of meditation will meet my mood—yet there’s always one there; it’s a bonus that it usually coincides with the season we are in.
I’m extremely grateful. Sleep meditations are definitely NOT a one size fits all affair.
It must be an awful lot of work.

PS on its own, the writing itself is of extremely high quality and a joy to listen to. Sometimes, after listening to your meditations for such a long while, when I don’t have my headphones, I can recollect the sound of your voice in my head and it will help guide me back to sleep…..
