Congratulations on your pregnancy and welcome to this guided meditation.

I'm going to start by sharing affirmations that have helped me stay healthy and strong throughout my pregnancy.

Affirmations with intention create change and I truly believe that by repeating and believing in my affirmations and meditating daily I've been able to navigate the not-so-pretty parts of pregnancy with ease.

It's important to use affirmations that feel good to you.

As we begin you can write down the ones that resonate and start making your own list.

You may choose to repeat them silently or out loud.

You can close your eyes or look at yourself in the mirror.

Whatever feels right to you is perfect.

We will then set an intention and meditate.

Let's begin.

My body is supporting me in a healthy pregnancy.

My baby is growing stronger in my belly every day.

I appreciate and love myself as I am.

I am releasing limiting beliefs.

I am connected to my baby.

I am grateful for the abundance that I have and the abundance on its way.

Being calm and relaxed is my priority right now.

I give myself grace.

I am the perfect mother for my baby.

I trust my care team has my best interests in mind.

My delivery is going to be easy and effortless.

My body knows how to repair itself.

Breastfeeding will be fun and light and a beautiful way to bond with my baby.

I choose positive thoughts that nurture my mind.

I am connected to Mother Earth and I am ready to be a mother.

I welcome miracles into my life.

Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale let go of the affirmations and gently close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your breath,

Simply observing the inflow and outflow without trying to control it in any way.

Take a few long deep breaths allowing your body to settle into wherever you are sitting.

With each breath allow yourself to become more relaxed,

More comfortable,

And more at peace.

As you inhale be aware of how your body feels.

Breathe into any tension or tightness.

Acknowledge any pregnancy symptoms and just let them go.

Check in with your mind,

Your thoughts,

And your emotions.

Your thoughts and emotions are not who you are.

You are just a silent witness.

So just notice them and let them move on by.

As you exhale let go of everything that doesn't serve you or concern you right now.

And in this quiet space I invite you to set an intention.

Simply ask yourself,

What do I want?

And just listen to whatever answer bubbles up.

What is my deepest desire?

What do I want?

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale release your intention back out into the universe.

Just let it go.

You're simply planting the seed.

Now we'll use a mantra as a sacred tool to take us from activity into silence.

Begin silently repeating the mantra Shakti which is the Sanskrit sound or vibration for divine feminine energy.

Shakti represents strength,

Creativity,

Fertility,

And power.

As you repeat the mantra there's no need to focus or concentrate.

Whenever your attention drips to thoughts in your mind,

Because it will,

Sounds in your environment,

Or sensations in your body,

Especially your belly as the baby may tend to move more when you are still,

Just choose to gently effortlessly return to your mantra,

Silently repeating Shakti,

Shakti,

Shakti.

I'll let you know when to stop repeating the mantra.

Enjoy.

Om Ritam Namah.

My intentions and desires are supported by the universe.

Still keeping your eyes closed,

Stop repeating the mantra and just rest.

Rest in existence.

Rest in awareness.

Rest in being.

Just be.

Continue resting in being.

Nowhere to go.

Nothing to do.

Just be.

In this beautiful space of stillness and silence you've cultivated,

Let's plant the four seeds of intentions for living a happy,

Healthy,

Harmonious life.

As I say each one,

Just repeat it silently in your mind,

Then release it to the infinite organizing power of the universe.

Let it go.

Joyful,

Energetic,

Strong,

Pregnant body and baby.

Loving,

Compassionate heart.

Reflective,

Alert,

Peaceful mind.

Lightness of being.

Take a few deeper breaths and whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes gently.

Bring your hands together in your heart center.

Take a bow of gratitude to your higher self,

Your soul,

For taking the time to be here today.

As you say the blessing,

Namaste,

And extend that blessing towards your belly as you say,

Namaste baby.

Thank you so much for joining.

This is Michelle Arakelian wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy and a happy and healthy baby.

Have a wonderful day.

Namaste.
