Welcome to this guided fertility meditation.
Take time every day to repeat any affirmations that feel good to you.
These are some I use during my fertility journey.
You may choose to repeat these affirmations silently or out loud.
You can close your eyes or look at yourself in the mirror.
Whatever feels right to you is perfect.
Enjoy.
I have hope.
I let faith lead the way.
I am safe.
I am strong.
I am confident.
I am brave.
I believe.
I got this.
I release all fears.
I am more powerful than my physical or emotional hurts.
I focus on success.
I trust the process.
I trust my care team has my best interests in mind.
I am on the right path.
I appreciate and love myself as I am.
I am releasing limiting beliefs.
I choose faith over fear.
I give myself grace.
I welcome infinite possibilities.
Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale let go of the affirmations and gently close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Simply observing the inflow and outflow without trying to control it in any way.
Take a few long deep breaths allowing your body to settle into wherever you are sitting.
With each breath allow yourself to become more relaxed,
More comfortable and more at peace.
As you inhale be aware of how your body feels.
Breathe into any tension or tightness.
Check in with your mind,
Your thoughts,
Your emotions.
Remember your thoughts and emotions are not who you are so just notice them and let them move on by.
As you exhale let go of everything that doesn't serve you or concern you right now.
And in this quiet space I invite you to set an intention.
Simply ask yourself,
What do I want?
Just listen to whatever answer bubbles up.
What is my deepest desire?
What do I want?
Release your intention back out into the universe.
Just let it go.
You're simply planting the seed.
Now we'll use a mantra as a sacred tool to take us from activity into silence.
Begin silently repeating the mantra,
Prem,
Which means love.
Prem.
Prem.
There's no need to focus or concentrate whenever your attention drifts to thoughts in your mind because it will,
Sounds in your environment or sensations in your body.
Gently effortlessly return to your mantra,
Silently repeating,
Prem.
I'll let you know when to stop repeating the mantra.

Stop repeating the mantra and just rest.
Rest in existence.
Rest in awareness.
Rest in being.
Just be.
Continue resting in being.

Now take a few deeper breaths.
Gently move or stretch your body as you ease back into activity,
But still holding the essence of stillness and silence within you.
Whenever you're ready,
Please open your eyes gently.
Bring your hands together in your heart center.
Take a bow of gratitude to your higher self,
Your soul for taking the time to be here today.
