Hello,

This is Michelle Larroquellian and welcome to this guided meditation.

Please sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your breath,

Simply observing the inflow and outflow without trying to control it in any way.

Take a few long,

Deep breaths,

Allowing your body to settle into wherever you are sitting.

Wherever you are is perfect.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to become more relaxed,

More comfortable,

And more at peace.

As you inhale,

Be aware of how your body feels.

Breathe into any tension or tightness.

Check in with your mind,

Your thoughts,

And your emotions.

Remember your thoughts and emotions are not who you are.

So just notice them and let them move on by.

As you exhale,

Let go of everything that doesn't serve you or concern you right now.

Now bring your awareness to your heart center.

Be aware of the breath here.

For the silent portion of our meditation,

Begin silently repeating your primordial sound mantra,

Which is the unique vibration of your soul.

Or if you don't have a primordial sound mantra,

Begin silently repeating the mantra,

So Hum.

So as you inhale,

Hum as you exhale.

So hum.

There's no need to focus or concentrate.

Whenever your attention drifts to thoughts in your mind,

Because it will,

Sounds in your environment,

Or sensations in your body,

Gently effortlessly return to your mantra,

Silently repeating,

So Hum.

I'll watch the time and will tell you when it's time to stop repeating the mantra.

Enjoy.

Om Ritam Nama.

My intentions and desires are supported by the universe.

Please keep your eyes closed.

Stop repeating the mantra and just rest.

Rest in existence.

Rest in awareness.

Rest in being.

Just be.

In this beautiful space of stillness and silence we've cultivated,

Let's plant the four intentions for living a happy,

Healthy,

Harmonious life.

As I say each one,

Just repeat it silently in your mind,

Then release it to the infinite organizing power of the universe.

Let it go.

Joyful,

Energetic body.

Loving,

Compassionate heart.

Reflective,

Alert,

Peaceful mind.

Lightness of being.

Continue to rest in being.

Now take a few deeper breaths,

Gently move or stretch your body as you ease back into activity,

But still holding the essence of stillness and silence within you.

When you're ready,

Please open your eyes gently.

Bring your hands together in your heart center.

Take a bow of gratitude to your higher self,

Your soul for taking the time to be here today.

This is Michelle Arakalein wishing you a peaceful mind and a happy and healthy life.

Have a wonderful day.

Namaste.
